Absolutely was satisfied with my stay here with my Mum. It was so clean and well organised and very welcoming staff! Loved the pool that run till 9pm, sun lit and very convenient area that’s really close to Bendigo cbd. Staff answered all my questions with kindness and quick response. I would love to visit again for sure!!!

黄The hotel is close to the CBD, a 10-minute walk to the city center, galleries and art districts. Behind the hotel is the gold mine and tram station. Opposite the hotel is Pizza hut, and Beechworth bakery (open 6:30am~6.00pm). The hotel owner is very friendly and can park for free

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was also very convenient.
My family and I stayed at the hotel while accompanying my daughter to her trumpet competition, and we had a very pleasant experience throughout our stay.
Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay with you again in the future.

Facilities: There are not many hotels with swimming pools and spas. There are even fewer hotels that can watch the Olympics on a big screen. Very satisfied, the bed is very comfortable. Warm and very high
Sanitation: Clean and tidy, the beverage package is very rich, and there are many toiletries.
Environment: Very good. Convenient parking. Very close to everything,

Everything was so easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the room was neat and tidy and exactly as advertised. Price was outstanding value for money. Would definitely stay again when in Bendigo.

I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful!
There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre.
The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!
