Nice hotel located in the best location, near fancy restaurants and famous attraction place like Nanjing Road. The room is cozy but cleanliness in the bathroom must be improved, also no elevator which is very tired for climbing stairs. However, the staffs are really nice and 100% helpful. Recommend for tourists who come to Shanghai for the first time.

The room offered good value for money. The lobby even had gaming computers, and I enjoyed playing a few long-lost games there. Since I was on a business trip, I needed to use my laptop in the room, but the mouse wasn't very easy to operate directly on the desk. I called the hotel to see if I could borrow a mouse pad temporarily, but the front desk said they didn't have any. This was the only slight disappointment for me (especially since I figured a hotel with e-sports rooms would easily have mouse pads), but overall, it was still a good stay.

The receptionist is always even nicer. There's a bus stop right outside and a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. I've stayed here many times.

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. A bit smelly of smoking but ok. Staff are very nice and helpful but can't speak English (Google translate needed). They had helped us to call a taxi even though we got a trouble of communication. The hotel is about 900 meters away for Jiangsu road MRT station. It take not over 10 minutes walking.

The room is quite big, the floor creaks when you walk on it, it doesn't get wet much when it rains, the bath towels are a bit poor, I don't even dare to wipe them, but the service is quite good, the parking lot is opposite the hotel.

Choosing the right location is crucial for gaming with your buddies, and this esports hotel truly delivers an unparalleled gaming experience.

Let's start with the core esports setup: they've really gone all out. A high-spec PC paired with a 240Hz high refresh rate screen makes playing Delta Force CS:GO incredibly smooth, with no lag whatsoever and super fluid skill combos. The gaming chairs are incredibly supportive, preventing any back pain even after sitting for hours.

The room environment also exceeded expectations. The decor is futuristic and perfectly captures the esports atmosphere. The cleaning is meticulous, leaving no corner untouched. The bedding is soft and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing gaming session without any of the usual internet cafe smells. The soundproofing is surprisingly good; even the loudest shouts and cheers won't disturb others, and you won't be bothered by outside noise. The immersive gaming experience is amazing. There's even a mini-fridge in the room, stocked with energy drinks and snacks – practically your own personal supply station! The attention to detail is impeccable.

The service is also impeccable. The receptionist is warm and efficient, making check-in super fast and proactively recommending nearby restaurants and takeout options. Even those with social anxiety can easily connect with her. If you have any needs during your stay, just call the front desk and they will answer and handle them instantly.

Second stay here, and the location is super convenient. It's really close to the South Station, making it easy to get to the airport. The room is fantastic – truly a high-standard esports hotel. The facilities are great, and the service and environment are excellent too.

This is my fourth stay. I come here every time I go on a business trip. The facilities are very good and the accommodation is very comfortable!

The rooms are new and clean, and the location is excellent. The ambiance is much better than other three-star hotels, comparable to four-star hotels. The hotel offers free laundry service, which is highly recommended. Takeout is also convenient, with robots delivering it. Security is strong, and the front desk staff will verify which room you're in before letting you in. The front desk staff are friendly, with at least two people on duty. They also offer drinking water and generally offer free late check-out, which is very considerate for latecomers.

The downside is that it's quite expensive, more than a typical three-star hotel. There are no gaming privileges.

The staff are not robots, but certified bots.

I came to Ningbo on a business trip and booked a very cost-effective hotel near the client's company. It's very close to Metro Line 5. The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. Quick check-in. The room is big enough, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is affordable (it's so conscientious, many new hotels don't have breakfast). The surrounding area is definitely safe, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, really convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable and sleepy. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, convenient eating, drinking and shopping around, cost-effective, the overall experience is very satisfactory, next time you will choose to stay, clean, warm service, convenient location, cost-effective, comfortable room, highly recommended!

The equipment and hygiene are very good. The computer configuration is very top. The special effects of playing LOL group battle are fully opened and smooth. The knife feels stable. The high-swipe screen looks comfortable. The mechanical keyboard bounces back and is crisp. I don’t feel tired after playing for a long time. The tens of thousands of megabytes of network speed makes the delay very low, and the voice communication is completely silent. The big tricks never dropped the chain.
The sanitation is cleaner than expected, the bedding has no smell, it is soft to the touch, the keyboard seams and mouse pads are not dusty, and the disposable headset cover is also equipped with, and the details are very assured. The sound insulation effect is unexpectedly good, the shouting in the next room is basically not heard, and it is not afraid of noisy others when it is dark all night. The location is near the business district, there is a canteen downstairs, the takeaway has a robot to the door, it is super convenient, and there is a small refrigerator in the room that can ice drinks. Check-in at the front desk was very fast, asking for the WiFi password and borrowing the charger were responsive in time, not disturbing people. The price/performance ratio is indeed OK, much more comfortable than simply going to the Internet cafe, and lying on the bed when you are tired, I will choose this store next time.
