Thumbs up for the hotel's location! It's right near the convention center with plenty of large shopping malls around. Everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment is available in one stop! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were super friendly, especially Freya, who was exceptionally thoughtful. Every request was handled with care, and she even asked about our stay experience during check-out. That feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! The overall experience was top-notch—definitely my first choice next time I visit Shenzhen!

The hotel has a very convenient location, right opposite Phoenix Park Subway Station, and right next to the Guangming Culture and Art Center. The exhibitions inside are on the smaller side, but you can tell a lot of thought went into them. The ”Eye of Guangming” architecture at the entrance uses the water's reflection to create stunning sunset photo ops with gorgeous light and shadows. At night, it lights up and looks like a glittering, beautiful eye 👁—such a clever design!

Another unique feature of the hotel is that breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the Guangming Central District cityscape and the mountain views of the Rainbow Bridge. You can enjoy your meal while watching the scenery slowly shift as the restaurant rotates.

The lobby is high-ceilinged and very grand. The room's glass windows are regularly cleaned. Overall, it meets five-star standards and is definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here for 1 night because to attend training. The room and amenities all are good and the food was delicious. However encounter unpleasant experience during check in by Shereen which is I believe duty manager on the day. I just simply want to check in and she asked me booking under which name and I mentioned my name, she said don't have. And I also showed her the booking receipt from Trip.com which she refuse to see. I know it is a busy time because check in time. Her tone on asking me when did I booked makes me feel like I bother her day. At the end she found it and the way she said I didn't book under my name sounded like blame me, and the name she mentioned ,which is part of my name also. She could have just see the booking details I showed her or simply see my IC that I provided to her. Really sad to have that experience for a good hotel. I will still come back for stay at the hotel because the hotel was good. Hope they can improve the customer service to provide better experience to the customers.

The hotel is right in Songdo, just a few hundred meters' walk from the Songdo Cable Car. There aren't a ton of great dining options nearby, but you'll find plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops. It's definitely not as lively as Gwangalli or Haeundae, but the hotel view is unbeatable—absolutely stunning and so therapeutic. One thing to note: like all hotels in South Korea, they don't provide toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
