On a business trip here, I stumbled upon this apartment and chose it mainly because the room had a washing machine, which is super convenient for those of us traveling for work. I asked the front desk and found out they even provide a garment steamer, which is a huge plus! There's also a fridge inside, perfect for keeping some cold drinks.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right by the subway entrance, making it super convenient for sightseeing and grabbing a bite. The hotel itself is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and the cleanliness is impeccable – even the bathroom corners were spotless. Highly recommended!

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Guangzhou. We chose it for its proximity to Canton Tower, though it was quite far from the zoo. Luckily, on the way to the hotel, we got to ride the automated metro, which my child absolutely loved and insisted on riding multiple times. Overall, the room was decent, but the facilities were quite dated. There were issues with both the toilet flush and the sink drainage. There were plenty of dining options nearby; on our first day, we tried Rongshuxia Shunde Cuisine, which was pretty good and the Cantonese flavors were perfect for the kids.

Great amenities! They have free daily laundry service, daily cleaning, can even arrange your online order to be delivered to the hotel, free water bottles, etc.

Location is great as well - about 5-min walk to Xiaobei MRT station (Exit B), plenty of choices of delicious halal eateries, less than 10-min walk to a mall (Sunny Walk Mall), convenience stores everywhere.

Service was okay enough - not all of the front desk staff could converse in English well. Out of five staff that we dealt with throughout our stay there (5 days), only two of them speak English. The other three always seemed frustrated whenever they had to deal with clients who can only speak English. But then again with great amenities and location, we probably wouldn’t mind staying here again if we were to visit Guangzhou again.

The room was spacious enough that both kids wanted their own bed, leaving poor old dad to grab a duvet and sleep on the sofa – which, surprisingly, was quite comfortable! There was even room for another person. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk; she helped us send off a package, which really sped up our trip. 👍👍👍

I got great value for my money here. I only started looking for a hotel after exiting the subway, because my luggage was too heavy and I didn't want to walk far. This place was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the subway exit. There are also many dining options nearby. The young lady at the front desk was very attentive. The bedding and towels were all clean. I've saved this place and will definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through Guangzhou.

This hotel is located in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District, right next to the Pearl River. It's within walking distance of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities, including a washing machine and kitchenware. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is incredibly warm and friendly.

The hotel was very clean and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and the front desk service was excellent and very helpful. I especially liked the lovely Ms. Liangxi from the front desk; she was beautiful and always smiling. We were able to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. Highly satisfied!

The hotel has a large parking lot, parking is very convenient, the front desk reception service is very enthusiastic, the elevator requires a card to go up, the bedding is very neatly laid with ironing lines, the towels and bath towels are also very new and clean, the fountain downstairs will be turned on at night and it is very beautiful to take pictures, I am very satisfied with the stay, I will stay again next time

Location of this property is very ideal for business traveller's and uts main usp. The room size is big and have a feel of independent flat with small kitchen.

The room needs better cleaning all the furniture needs renovation including toilet.

This place can be better if management take care of house keeping 
Also air conditioner is only cooling and is not having heating option specially in winter they keep the ac closed.

Over all will recommend if other prices are too high

I often stay in this hotel when I’m visiting my friend in Hefei. The first time finding it can be tricky as the entrance off the street is a little doorway to a service elevator which you take to the 5th floor. I tried the breakfast one time and it was bad so I always skip it like on this trip. But it’s connected with a mall area so plenty of food around.

The room is neat and clean, the traffic is very convenient, the subway exit of Jiaozi Avenue is nearby, the surrounding eating is very convenient, the downstairs is the restaurant snack street, not far from the Petronas Twin Towers, recommended
