This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, directly connected to Haneda Airport. You can check in within a few minutes' walk, which is an absolute lifesaver for early morning or late-night flights. The room, though compact, was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was surprisingly excellent – you couldn't hear any airplane noise at all. The front desk service was efficient and enthusiastic, and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing for quick recovery. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next layover in Tokyo!

The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. They even stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. It's only a 5-minute walk from Ariake subway station, and there's a duty-free shop nearby.

This is a continuation of my previous review. I had to book an extra night because I'd initially booked one day less. The hotel was able to merge both bookings when I checked in. Also, some guides mentioned that additional fees might be charged during check-in, but that wasn't the case. I only paid the amount shown on Trip.com, and didn't have to pay anything else upon arrival at the hotel.

The bus station is right next door, which was really convenient for the last day of my trip. The hotel room was decent, I could open a large suitcase, and the bathroom wasn't small either. I think it's a good place, and I'd stay here again if I have the chance.

Very good service. Convenient location. The room I originally booked was really too small with hardly any space to walk, so I paid for an upgrade to a 20 sq m room and the size was more decent. The original room in the photos are the usual size of Tokyo hotels but the layout makes walking across the room very inconvenient and there's hardly space for suitcases.

This is my second time staying here! The hotel's location is excellent, and it's quite clean. The room has a wet/dry separation bathroom, plus a big bathtub for a relaxing soak every day. They also offer a free happy hour – I highly recommend the peach sake!

The room I booked was spacious enough to open two large suitcases, which is impressive given how expensive space is here.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Ginza and Shimbashi. Shimbashi has many subway lines, making it easy to get around to various places, and there are tons of food options. However, it's not ideal if you're traveling with kids; if you're looking for a nicer atmosphere, Ginza is the place to go.

If I come back to Tokyo, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

I felt like I was given the wrong room. It was listed as 16m², but it felt nothing like the 16m² rooms I've stayed in at Osaka hotels. This hotel room is genuinely tiny, feeling more like 14m². I could only open one suitcase.

The service was good; they offer free luggage storage, and the front desk staff was excellent. The environment was also pleasant, with fresh air throughout the hotel. Do note that the lobby is underground. The nearest subway station is a bit of a walk.

They only empty the trash and replace towels daily; full room cleaning is only done every three days. The duvet was quite small and uncomfortable to sleep with, but the bed itself was very soft and comfortable.

If you don't mind the small space, I'd generally recommend it. However, I really feel like the front desk gave me the wrong room. Mine was so small, completely incomparable to what I've experienced in Osaka.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it very easy to reach the city center and it's conveniently close to Akihabara. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help.
On the downside, the room itself is a bit cramped. It also would have been really nice to have a microwave right in the room for extra convenience. Overall, a solid and pleasant stay despite the size.

This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Tokyo, as long as they have availability. First, it's incredibly convenient for airport transfers, with a direct 30-minute subway ride to Haneda Airport. Second, it boasts an excellent location in Minato Ward; with a police station right behind the hotel, it feels very safe. Third, it's close to Tokyo Tower. Every evening, walking across the bridge in front of the hotel, we get to admire Tokyo Tower's changing light displays, which is really nice.

The room is a bit small but I guess it is common in Japan, especially in Tokyo town. Location wise, it’s a short walk to kanda station and also a walkable distance to Tokyo station. Kanda JR station basically is good enough. Access to chuo line and Yamanote line. These 2 lines are good enough to go ueno, akihabara, shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro. And this station also hold the ginza metro line.
And nearby otemachi station who has access to most of the subway lines.
There are convenience stores nearby, 7-11 just next to it.

It is a new and modern hotel with soft and soothing ambience, that is also very functional, and efficient. There is automation for registration and departure process, self-operated coin laundry machines secured with your own pin codes, and a spacious and beautiful hot bath serviced by timed fresh cold water let into each bath area regularly.

Still, the human service is not neglected in the hotel. The lifts will always stop at the 4th floor where the reception is, and during the day, there will always be a staff standing there to greet you with a smile, or in case you require any assistance.

The cheery breakfast team at the restaurant has been very diligent and despite they may be super busy, they make sure they maintain top-notch service standards and sometimes go above and beyond to make sure the diners are comfortable. 

The reception team is also very competent and quick-witted. Both requests we made via the phone from our rooms were received within 10-15mins. Our request to deliver our luggage were also processed swiftly and hassle-free. We told them our dates, flight number and our room number and they were able to complete the delivery form for us with our details in their records. Despite having many guests wanting to approach them at the same time, they are still able to provide very personalised service to each and every one. Very impressive.

Lastly, the hotel provides unlimited free skin care and hair products such as facial serum, moisturiser, masks etc and you could take them freely from the reception and bath area. You could also choose from an unlimited selection of aromatherapy by portion to enjoy in your room. Although the room and the window is a little small as with most hotels in Japan, the beds are comfortable and shower is great.

Location of the hotel is not bad once you learnt how to navigate around. Lots of eateries and it is just 5mins to walk to different exits to underground malls/train stations. Would recommend the hotel to my friends! Thanks for the impeccable service!

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. The location is super convenient; it's a quick walk from Sannomiya. It's also very close to the highway bus stop, which offers direct service to USJ, making it even more convenient than traveling from Osaka. Plus, you can easily catch the airport shuttle from here. So convenient!
