Staying at the Mu Lian Zhuang Hotel in Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town was a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in the core area of Zhujiang New Town, making it very convenient for getting around. It's close to Huacheng Square, Canton Tower, and nearby office buildings, making it suitable for both business and leisure. The lobby and public areas have a strong sense of design, with a quiet and sophisticated ambiance. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and communication was very thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the lighting and soundproofing were good, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast consistently offered enough variety and good taste. Overall, the attention to detail was excellent, and it offered good value for money. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Zhujiang New Town.

Came here for a small gathering with friends and this hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was super soft and made for a really comfortable sleep. The common areas were very well-designed, bright, and clean – perfect for taking photos. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very enthusiastic and quick to respond to any requests. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm around! Bioland is quiet and not crowded!

Surrounded by mountains, the scenery here is quite good, and the hot springs are especially comfortable. Xiao Luo, one of the staff members, was very helpful and enthusiastic. We stayed here for two days and had a good experience, it's very suitable for families with kids. The breakfast could use some improvement though; we hope it becomes more refined.

The service has seen a significant upgrade! Before check-in, customer service representative Xiao Tan proactively arranged a satisfactory room for me. It's clear that after a year, Kaixin International Hotel has truly launched a dedicated customer service. It's impressive for a five-star hotel to offer such personalized attention. The breakfast has also vastly improved in quality compared to three years ago; the Cantonese-style Pig's Trotter Vinegar is definitely worth trying. When you're feeling weary, this five-star hotel is a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. Phoenix Lake Park is just downstairs, and within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Donghu (East Lake) in Knowledge City and Jingxia Village – all great spots to explore with kids. Furthermore, Yue Long Restaurant on the second floor serves excellent dim sum and Chinese lunch.

The room was on the second floor, and cost more than 400 per night. It was generally OK, but it was far from the city center, so you couldn't order much takeout, and it took more than an hour to get to the city center by subway.

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of Nansha Youfang Tiandi, the lobby is located on the fourth floor, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, bathroom dry and wet separation design reasonable, floor-to-ceiling windows see the outside mountain view, the environment is quite good, the key is the surrounding dining, shopping, entertainment is quite convenient
Service: The front desk received us is Miss Xiaoxin, check-in is done in 3 minutes, service attitude is courteous and attentive

Our stay was good, but could have been better. You check in at the MORDIN hotel lobby and then exit the hotel and walk to the apartments, it’s clearly marked and easy to find. It’s not far like the others say, but I’m also not lazy 🤷🏼♂️ The decor seems new like they recently renovated the hotel. Nice design and vibe to the apartments. Large room, best view you could ask for in this area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good WiFi. Shower temperature and pressure was good. My only complaint was the TV is NOT in the bedroom like 99% of places I stay. Maybe this is do to “apartment” and not hotel. But like the other places I stay at, I like to relax and watch tv/movies. There is a couch/sofa but it’s not really a comfortable spot to watch tv out in the living room. Everything was perfect 👍🏻  Have a nice walk around the lake at night, it’s very comfortable.

Because I was on a business trip nearby, I booked this hotel again. The hotel has a warm atmosphere and luxurious decoration style. The front desk service is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. Fortunately, there is not much traffic nearby and it is quiet, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. There is also a laundry room and gym on the 4th floor of the hotel. The facilities and equipment are also very new. It is really convenient for me as a fitness lover! You can also go for a walk when you get up in the morning. There is an artificial lake island near the hotel where you can take a walk. The air here is also very good. After your walk, you can go to the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast! ! Relatively speaking, there are not many breakfast varieties. I told the hotel staff what I wanted to eat for breakfast, and I saw what I wanted to eat the next day, which satisfied my breakfast taste. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to take a taxi, and has a beautiful surrounding environment. It is the first choice for business travel. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel staff are very friendly and always smile, making people feel like home. Looking forward to coming here again on my next business trip!

I was actually a bit nervous before coming here, as I'd seen several online reviews complaining about the breakfast. However, the hotel recently announced they'd brought the breakfast catering back in-house. So, I decided to give them 'one more chance' and booked a weekend stay, and it totally exceeded my expectations.

Let's start with breakfast, as that was the biggest complaint before. It's definitely different now, and you can feel it from the moment you walk in: the food pickup area is clean and bright, with a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. I specifically asked a staff member, and they said the hotel is following group-wide star-rated standards, even changing the coffee machine brand. You can tell the hotel is serious about making improvements, and quickly too, which was a big plus.

The room we stayed in was a lake-view room. Looking out from the balcony, you could see Lichi Lake. Waking up in the morning and opening the curtains to a view full of greenery immediately lifted my spirits. My child was especially happy because there's a small train that goes around the lake right downstairs. It drives slowly along the lakeside, offering beautiful scenery. In the afternoon, we took him to fly a kite on the lawn, and we happened to catch the lively atmosphere of the hotel's kite festival. The child was sweating from running but kept smiling. For fruit picking, we went to an external partner orchard, which wasn't far, about a ten-minute drive. Blueberries and tomatoes were in season, and my child picked a whole basket. On the way back, he kept saying, 'The ones you pick yourself are the sweetest.'

The hotel also offers cycling around the lake, with parent-child bikes available. A loop along the greenway takes about half an hour, and you'll pass through a metasequoia forest, which is great for photos. Overall, my impression of Lichi Mulinju is that they are aware of where they've received criticism and are genuinely making changes. The breakfast upgrade is substantial, and the other parent-child activities are also very thoughtfully done. While I wouldn't say it's perfect, this experience was definitely worth the room price, and I'll likely come again to see Lichi Lake in the autumn.

I chose the Muliangzhuang when I came to Chengdu for a trip, mainly because of its great location and convenient transportation. The hotel's toiletries are of excellent quality, and I especially loved the toothpaste flavor—it wasn't a generic brand. I also really liked the scent of the lotion, and Ms. Zhang from the front desk even gave me a tube, which was incredibly nice of her! Big thumbs up!

Location
Frontier Medical Center, the nearby area has not been completed, the supporting facilities are not perfect, and there is basically no food nearby.

Environment
The hotel environment is still OK, it is newly built, and it is still very clean and bright in all aspects.

Facilities and Equipment
1. The hotel does not have its own gym, but according to the Ctrip introduction, it is actually the gym in the park, and it was not available when I stayed there. This is definitely false advertising;
2. The laundry room is very simple, with a washing machine, no dryer, and no disinfectant;
3. The water temperature is extremely unstable, either very hot or cold, and it is very troublesome to adjust;
4. The light switch does not have a mark on which light it corresponds to. It is repaired together in a row, and it is pressed randomly. The picture shows the one next to the bed, and the row at the door is even more scary, there are too many;
5. The switch key is damaged.

Service
Some service staff are not very patient.

During the summer holidays, we brought our child to Dayi for a refreshing getaway. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. For just a few hundred yuan, staying in a hotel with a hot spring bath was fantastic value for money! The hotel environment was lovely, and my child had a blast playing in the water. The hotel grounds were beautifully designed, and the mountain views were stunning. Breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. There are many attractions nearby, and dining was convenient, all within walking distance. It was a perfect one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making our family trip truly worry-free and enjoyable! We plan to return in winter!

The accommodation experience was beyond imagination. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. The elegant lobby, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and considerate service were all satisfactory. It is especially worth mentioning that the hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation and abundant surrounding facilities, which adds a lot of convenience to the trip. I really look forward to coming again next time. I especially praise Xiao Hu for his great service!
