We only stayed a few hours at the hotel until our flight but the service we received was incredible. Had our luggage carried to our room, the room was well equippedand the view over the pool was lovely. We had food delivered to our room and all the staff were so friendly and lovely. Then they offered a free shuttle to the airport. We were very impressed overall and would be a hotel we would book again

Facilities: Very new and well-equipped.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: About a 3-minute walk to Jimbaran Beach. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a garden, perfect for sunset photos.
Service: The staff were very enthusiastic. For day tours or Grab taxis, they pick you up and drop you off directly at the hotel entrance.

I recently stayed at Yello Hotel Kuta Beachwalk Bali for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming—always greeting me with a smile whether I was coming in or heading out. Their friendliness really made me feel at home throughout my stay.

The hotel itself was spotless. Both the common areas and my room were consistently clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable. My Deluxe Room was well-kept, cozy, and modern, offering everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

The location is perfect, being right by Beachwalk Mall and just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy both shopping and sunsets. Overall, Yello Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuta, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Seminyak so much that we decided to extend for an additional night. The hotel is well located, with many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it very convenient.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was reliable, and the facilities were well maintained throughout our stay. The pool area was a nice place to unwind after a long day out.

This is our second time staying here. We booked a three room grand suite. We really love this spacious apartment. The living room has ample space for five of us to gather and chat. There is a big dining table, and even a maid's room with a small toilet. There is a washer and a dryer, which is really useful as we played at the sea a lot. It is connected to the Beachwalk shopping mall, meaning food and grocery are just a short walk away. Highly recommended for families.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the towels were not that clean. We didn't use them. We were staying for one night only so we didn't ask them for a new one. The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay and I was surprised by how calm it was inside the hotel. The decoration is done with a tasteful touch. The staff make you all feel welcome. Check in and out was great. I was able to stay and do some work after checking out. The restaurant food and drinks were very good. Portions were a bit small for me but it seems to be the case outside too. The hotel guests enjoyed great discounts at the restaurant, the happy hours is also available as room service. 
Every night a weather card was distributed for the following day. And you could top up your water bottle or hing else if needed. 
This boutique hotel is definitely keeper. I had a nice end of my stay in Bali thanks to Maison Aurelia. Thank you 🙏

There are 2 hotels around this neighbourhood that Ive tried. Harris and Aston. 

I must say Harris offers a much better experience. 

The staffs are equally friendly and very polite as many of the locals are. 

It is the environment of the hotel that stands out. It is bright, spacious and vibrant that resonates to make you feel energetic and you dont feel these eerie feelings when you stay there. 

I have frequented this hotel for every time I was in Bali but had tried Aston a couple of times and I have decided that it is much better to stay at Harris the next time around. 

Car parking is also much easier. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM and there is a small warung that sells very good nasi goreng near the traffic light.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. My first experience was great, but the second one was not so great. During my stay, the bathroom smelled like cigarette although I was on a non-smoking floor. Also, the noise from the other room really disturbed my sleep. Cleanliness was rather poor since there were many stains on the beddings and walls. The shower did not spray really well when I turned it to the left for hot water, so I had to be really patient when taking a shower. However, the service of the receptionist was great. They were polite. You can request them to keep your baggage before you check in as well as after you check out. Location was great. Near Glodok, National Museum, Bakmi GM, etc.

I booked room with CITY VIEW, but they gave me room without ANY windows. 

Thank god the next receptionist could change my room to another room with window/city view. But still, it wasted my time to move my stuff from one room to another.

Room and stay here was overall pleasant. Has a small mall in the same building with eateries and convenience store which is great. Realized I left an item behind in the room 3mins after getting into the taxi and after checkout. Quickly U-turned back and front desk staff Aurora helped me back up to the room to retrieve the left behind item.

After long time no stay in this hotel, service is very suck, no helpfull receptionist, many staff no have solution & very bad service over all. For the man who be receptionist and hotel manager please learn who to give excellent service, cause youre job is it give the best service.

Hotel is nice and new and the staff there strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. However, it feels like it needs a little polishing as my entire experience feels a little lacking. 

For example, there are signs leading you to alternative lifts in case the main ones are busy, which they always are during peak hours. You walk over only to see all the lifts at the alternate site being disabled. It was like this throughout 5 nights of my stay.

I booked a mini suite which came with a small kitchenette. They had everything from microwave ovens to pots etc. But nothing for me to cook or eat with, no plates, utensils, cloth or dish detergents which are standard…

And then there were renovation works in adjacent rooms while I was having a massage at the spa. They were banging and drilling away. And oh, because of the works, air conditioning didn’t work too. I was perspiring profusely by the end of my massage.

No laundry bags when you want to send clothes for cleaning, I had to scavenge a plastic bag somewhere to hand over to room service staff. Once done, the clothes were not returned to the room. I had to call the reception which then instructed the staff to bring my clothes back.

Flooring in the shower area is not sloped correctly, water goes all the way out to the rest of the washroom. I had to roll up a towel to physically block the water from flooding the rest of the toilet.

All in, the hotel stay was “decent”. I just wished they paid attention to the bits that would have made it an excellent hotel.

I love the service, the hotel is cozy, i love the complimentary given in the room, worth it. Will come back and stay again.

The room is spacious; however, the bathroom amenities need improvement, as they did not have a shower cap when I requested one.

The water in room 609 also had an unpleasant smell, and the towels and linens were very grey in color. As part of the Ascott Group, Fox Lite Grogol should improve the cleanliness of their linens.

That said, the service was excellent—fast response, hospitable staff, and quick check-in and check-out processes.
