Our stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada was absolutely fantastic! The overall environment is beautiful, with lush greenery, numerous pools, and relaxing areas everywhere, creating a wonderful vacation vibe.

The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Housekeeping was prompt every day, and the attention to detail was excellent.

The dining experience was also a big plus. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices that changed daily, and the food tasted great, catering to different preferences.

The hotel's water park is definitely a highlight, with plenty of facilities perfect for families with kids or friends looking to have fun. The private beach is another gem, with fine sand and beautiful clear water, making for great photo opportunities.

Overall, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel very comfortable.

All in all, this is a highly recommended resort hotel with great value for money, perfect for relaxation and leisure. We would definitely come back if we have the chance! 👍

The hotel facilities are nice, but the food at Alex Restaurant is very good, but the tipping talk is annoying. Tips aren't requested directly, but if you don't tip, the waiters get surly and the food arrives late. When you tip, other waiters start to take notice. I think we're supposed to tip all the hotel staff. This really bothered us. The sea isn't deep, and the shoreline needs cleaning.

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing getaway. Excellent service and food! They truly value their guests and go out of their way to please. They appreciate guest feedback! If you need to unwind, this is the place. We will definitely come back again.

I booked a Nile view room, and overall it was pretty good. The only thing is I didn't see any hot air balloons for two days, which was a bit strange. The hotel has its own pier where you can enjoy the sunset on the Nile. The Thai restaurant on the first floor definitely caters to Chinese palates; we ate there three times, it was so delicious! The hotel breakfast was just okay, and the staff weren't very enthusiastic. I was a little surprised to see 'Happy Chinese New Year' right when I entered the lobby, possibly because it's been acquired by Huazhu Hotels Group.

Sorry this review is so late – I completely forgot to write it with all the wedding rush! But I really want to say a huge thank you to the hotel for giving us such a wonderful honeymoon experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

To our surprise, you even prepared a delicious chocolate cake for us to celebrate our honeymoon – that was so thoughtful and made our trip even more special!

A special shoutout to your amazing staff: Yassin was incredibly helpful and friendly, Abd Elnaby (who brought us the cake) was so warm and kind, and the lovely front desk girl with the long ponytail – she was absolutely charming and sweet. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

We also want to thank the housekeeping team who decorated our room so beautifully – it was such a romantic and lovely touch, and we really appreciated it!

We're so grateful for your hospitality and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Hope to come back again someday!

The location so nice to had a vacation but the price over Eid vacation was too high, service in general good but room service so bad and nothing there you need to ask them for everything like shower gel, towels, slippers, dental kit and all items, and they cannot handle the load of Eid.
Rooms so small not fit for small family even and we took the classic room with king bed and balcony.

The beach 8 minutes walk from the hotel since it’s shared with another hotel which is bad thing since you need to walk 8 minutes to reach the next hotel and another 8 minutes to reach the beach.

The food is another story it’s really bad bad bad and seems there is cutting cost or something i am not sure since the chef and stuff was nice and managing well.

Book without food it will be better there is near by Mall you can eat and buy your stuff it’s 5 minutes walk far in the car.

There is no activities daily while they informed us there are on daily bases.

Parking available inside the village in front of your room.

Book online better than the hotel prices.

Note: the room not fit for US chargers 🔌  so bring your adapter with you.

Extremely nice, hope to stay at this hotel again next time. The facilities are complete, hygiene is good, the environment is beautiful, and the service is excellent, good! I will consider this hotel again for my next business trip.
