This was a terrible experience. 

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. 

You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. 

I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

The hotel is clean and near to Disney with free shuttle bus provided. The breakfast here has a lot of varieties.

The room is big, the facilities are good, and the service staff is friendly. It is located next to the conference center, there is a bus stop across the road, and there is a bar street not far away. Overall, it is good.

It's not bad, but someone knocked on the door around 10:30 in the morning to remind you to check out? It's a bad experience

The hotel has a bus 🚌 to pick up at the airport. It is at Terminal B, Level 1, Exit B1-B4. Tip the driver when you get off.

The room is relatively clean. Bottled water is charged. There is a microwave in the room.

Compared with other hotels, the breakfast is quite good. The green banana tastes sweet and not astringent.

There is a pizza shop across the street from the hotel. The pizza is delicious😋

It's a 10-minute taxi ride from the Orlando airport, but be aware that there is a hotel with a similar name nearby, so be sure to look carefully when taking a taxi. The room is large, the breakfast is American style, very average, but it's a good choice for a night before and after the flight

The room is relatively large, and the toilet and bathroom are separated, which is very convenient for a standard room. There are many parking spaces

The accommodation was clean, and its location on Broadway made it easy to walk everywhere. The downside was that it was close to Times Square, so you had to navigate the crowds to get anywhere. The upside was that you could walk around on the brightly lit streets until late at night.
Breakfast was included, and it was much better than any lounge in JFK Terminal 4. It had everything you could want for breakfast, from simple fruit to bagels, croissants, cereal, and eggs.
The hotel lobby always had coffee, hot chocolate, cinnamon sticks, marshmallows, and cookies or donuts, making it a great snack for going out or returning home.
The room was exactly as pictured, with a king-size bed that was spacious and comfortable.
There were no bathrobes, but there was a refrigerator and microwave, and no coffee pot.
The room itself was spacious, with plenty of space outside the bed.
There were plenty of hangers, enough for two people to hang their coats.
Some reviews said it was soundproof, but I disagree. I could hear the car horns outside, but it generally quieted down after midnight, so I never woke up to the noise. 
I stayed in the winter, and the room air conditioner didn't appear to have a heating function. I requested a heater, and the radiator kept me warm.

Great location close to Manhattan. Overall the experience was good. Comfortable bed, good views and decent continental breakfast.

Only thing I did not like was the shower. There was no  tub or at least a barrier blocking the showering area off from the rest of the bathroom. After showering this created a wet mess.

The hotel located in a good location, in the middle of Manhattan, can go up & down the city within a day. 
The room is very small. We family of 3 stayed in a 2 twin beds room with only 2 small handcarry luggages. We can hear clearly whenever neighboods closed the door. Noise sensitive people would need re-consider. We stayed in the middle level of hotel, can see firewalk on 4 July, OneWorld trade & Statue of Liberty.
Our room located at the end of corrider, they placed a clean up trolley near our room door blocking the way to lift everyday.
Breakfast place is clean and staff cleanup promptly. The place always crowded and so we usually visited before 7:30am. The choice of food is limited but will offer different kinds of food everyday.

Room was very small - smallest I've been in in a hotel, so for a one night stay, it was fine although there was a closet to store a suitcase in if I needed to. Bathroom was super small as well. Due to the size of the room, the foot of the bed was literally inches away from the bathroom. 
Additionally, the room came with a mini fridge but no microwave. There was a small couch with a pull out table to eat on facing the TV which was on the wall. Overall the room was clean and comfortable with decent lighting. Breakfast offerings is mainly for a typical diet, special diet offerings are very minimal.

The location is very good. Perhaps because the hotel is new, it is very clean.
If you are traveling with your family, you will be surprised by the cleanliness.

This is a great value accommodation. Koreatown is nearby, so there's no problem finding groceries or eating.
The room is a bit small, but with two queen-size beds, it's a decent budget hotel for sleeping.
Breakfast is complimentary, but it's only a light meal. Think of it as bread and coffee.
However, the small dining area makes breakfast quite inconvenient. So, on the second night, I brought breakfast back to my room and ate it there.

The location is very close to Chinatown, the room is clean and tidy, nice

Shuttle bus from airport from 5am to 11:30pm, 30mins/bus 
No free water , but have tap water at Gym at level 1
Toothbrush should have but when I there , out of stock , very surprise and have to buy from supermarket at own cost , so cross finger for that 
Gym is tiny but enough for daily workout 
Breakfast simple but very good for health 
House keeping is not by daily but upon request , surprise me again

Trip was a last minute get together for a Venue near this location (Springhill).  Accommodations were Excellent, Room was very Clean.  Staff at Front Desk were very Friendly and Informative.  Was Greeted with a Smile as Well as at Check Out.  Stay was very Pleasant and would Recommend to others.  Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel, the rooms and especially the staff were good. The only real problem was that there was only one elevator available. The other one was out of service.
Endless waiting times, so many guests had to use the stairs. Which is no fun in the summer without air conditioning up to the 5th floor.

We stayed at this hotel because we needed a place to rest our heads after a flight out of the Hobby airport. So the location was perfect. We used the complimentary airport shuttle which was provided to us without any glitches. The driver was on time and friendly. The clerk was friendly and provided us with what we needed for the night. For the price we paid, and location, this hotel was perfect for what we needed. I think there could have been more options for breakfast but we did not set out to eat much when we got there anyway 

So we booked for 2 nights, ended up staying a 3rd within this 3 nights we had to switch rooms 3 times . First one randomly flooded from toilet at around 1am, the fridge didn't work  smelled as though someone smoked some mary jane previously was mostly clean except a few questionable sheets. 2nd room was very clean but too small for a family of five then finally got a another that was perfect and super clean. The young man at the front took amazing care of my family when out room flooded. The girl from the 2ns day was a bit short and seemed annoyed. Last after all the complications we delt with the manager offered a free night. And I also told her what an amazing asset the young man was. All in all of give it 7 out of 10.
