Location is good with many food and fruits shops, and even pastries shops around. Miss Shan, of the front reception has been very helpful to arrange the change of room to higher floor. Another reception lady in front desk, assisted to book pre entry tickets to Tiananmen Square but did not inform the need to prebook ticket for entry into the National Treasure Museum hence we could not gain entry. However, once gained entry into Tiananmen Square, you can walk on till you reach entry to Forbidden City. We were told that one has to prebook tickets for Forbidden City but we did not prebook but bought tickets at the ticket office for same day entry (maybe bec we are foreign visitors).
Overall stay in this hotel is comfortable. However, the breakfast could be improved.

The stay was spectacular! The service was exceptional, from the moment we arrived—even a few hours before our scheduled check-in time—right through to check-out. We were greeted with coffee, fruit, yogurt, and snacks. The family room we rented for four people was very comfortable, clean, well-air-conditioned, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was varied and perfect for starting the day. The location is a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which we found very convenient; it’s in a quiet area and perfect if you have several destinations to visit.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes. Front desk staff member Li Na was warm, attentive, and responsive. The facilities were complete and practical. Overall, it was great value for money and highly recommended. I would definitely choose to stay here again! [Sun]

The room was a bit dated. While the staff were quick to verbally acknowledge requests, actually getting items delivered was very slow, and they often forgot altogether. 

Initially, the room I entered had an odor. I went downstairs, and the front desk smoothly switched me to a new room that didn't smell. 

However, that night I discovered the duvet cover was dirty... I called a staff member who said there were no new duvets available, so they could only change the duvet cover. 

On the second morning, I asked for a disposable bathtub liner. It wasn't delivered all morning... When I asked the front desk, they said they were too busy and even questioned why I didn't call multiple times to ask. Apparently, it was my fault for not hounding them enough.

This is a great hotel I booked in Beijing. It is clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. The 0118 guy at the front desk is very nice, proactive in providing services, warm and polite. The environment and facilities are also very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. The overall experience is particularly good

I had a really satisfying stay this time! The hotel overall was clean and fresh, with no strange smells in the hallways or rooms. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff at 115 were very polite and handled check-in quickly; they were also responsive to any requests I had. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a very peaceful night's rest. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The facilities are well-maintained, and it offers excellent value for money. It's definitely my top choice for travel, and I'll book here again next time I'm in town. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The cleaning staff's service attitude is quite satisfactory. Although the room is not new enough, the sanitary environment is still acceptable. The breakfast is delicious, with many varieties, and the freshly ground coffee is particularly satisfactory.

In the evening, we went to the nearby wetland park, which was a complete surprise. It was about an 8-minute walk from the hotel, and the shade along the way made it pleasantly cool. The park was large, with a wooden boardwalk extending along the lake. Walking on it, we could smell the grass and lake water, and occasionally hear birds chirping. In the evening, the sunset painted the lake surface golden, and every shot was wallpaper-worthy. After a tiring stroll, we went back to the hotel to rest for a while, and then went to a dim sum restaurant in the evening (their evening tea was also quite good). This seamless integration of ”eating, staying, and playing” was such a comfortable experience.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and I slept until dawn. The waiter's attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and I feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice. There are many attractions around the hotel and rich tourism resources. The breakfast is rich and the flavors are optional.

The room is very clean! The main thing is that the lady at the front desk is warm and gentle, and the hotel environment is very good. The soundproofing effect is also very good when sleeping in the room. Moreover, the transportation near the hotel is convenient. You can take the subway when you go out. College students do not lie to college students! Give this hotel a hundred bucks!

Check-in took a while. The beds were small and the mattress was very firm, so if you like comfort, this place may not suit you. Two adults and two kids couldn’t fit, so we had to book another room. The staff were helpful, but because it was Christmas Eve, everything was fully booked and we ended up booking another hotel. It was a bit of a hassle, but overall it was okay.
P.S. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, just in case you’re expecting internet.
