The room was spacious and very clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby BTS and MRT stations, which made traveling around the city so easy. Facilities are excellent as well — the 24-hour gym and swimming pool are perfect for both fitness and relaxation. The biggest surprise was the thoughtful birthday cake and card prepared by the hotel, which truly touched me. Overall, Shama stands out in both service and environment, and it’s definitely my top choice of hotel in Bangkok!

Shama Yen-Akat Bangkok pleasantly surprised with its cozy and calm atmosphere. The rooms are designed in a modern style, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable large bed and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop pool, which we happily used to relax and cool off in the hot weather. The rooftop lounge area deserves special mention — not only can you enjoy the views, but you can also walk pets there, which is rare for city hotels.
The staff left an exclusively positive impression — polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfasts are tasty and varied, and the hotel's cafe offers a wide selection of dishes, including many vegetarian options.
For those looking for a combination of comfort, coziness, and a convenient location in Bangkok, Shama Yen-Akat Bangkok is an excellent choice for leisure or business trips.

Sharma is a wall away from JW Marriott, and a wall away from the entertainment street Nana.
Nana is super noisy at night till about 5am in the morning, if u are facing Nana and a light sleeper, then u are in trouble.
The room and living room is big, comes with an open kitchen and a washing machine. No coffee machine, but there is a 8am to 11am B375 breakfast. Which is well worth the price.

As a frequent business traveler, a decent hotel with approachable location and handy facilities are required. Shama meets all these requirements! If you land at DMK, it only takes you less than half an hour to reach the Hotel without any worry for the traffic jam. Meanwhile, the Hotel is situated at a quiet area with shops, restaurants and massage shops surrounded. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful to provide you information of staying in Bangkok. I stay in a suite room with living area, where you could find a small kitchen. The bed is really comfortable and tidy. Specifically, the shower is really good since the water pressure is high enough. Indeed, the price of this Hotel is really friendly, so you don't need to pay too much, but enjoy a very cozy room! When I travel again in Bangkok, I definitely choose this one again! How about you?

Smooth check-in process. The staff were very busy, with many students preparing for postgraduate entrance exams. The service was excellent; they even offered a 'blessing scroll' upon check-in and allowed late check-out for exam takers. The room facilities were quite complete. The hotel is likely very close to the Zhejiang University exam center, and having a subway station right outside significantly cut down on travel time.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

It’s a new hotel with a nice environment. The Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good. I treated my friends very happily. I’ll choose this place next time I go on a business trip.

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong.
The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient.
The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall
They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

Tip: If you prefer a quieter stay, do avoid the rooms with City View.
A guest keeper entered my room without much warning 15 minutes after I checked in and entered my room, not sure why this happened.
Overall still a decent 1-night stay given the price point.

First of all, the location is very close to various attractions, and public transportation is very convenient. This time I arrived in Hong Kong from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, and the apartment was only 600 meters away after getting off the boat. Secondly, the room environment. The apartment is fully equipped and you can even cook simple meals. The key is that compared to the main hotels in Hong Kong, which are only about 20 square meters, this space is completely overwhelming. The most worth introducing is the service. The service of the apartment staff is very enthusiastic. I am used to electronic payment and did not bring Hong Kong dollars, RMB, and credit cards😅. When I needed to pay a deposit, the sister who received me provided a flexible plan without a deposit, which perfectly solved my embarrassment🥲. In addition, the power sockets in Hong Kong are different from those in the mainland. You can borrow them at the front desk without having to buy them separately. In short, the stay experience in Hong Kong this time is quite good, and it is worth writing a comment to recommend it
