I had a wonderful stay at Centro Capital Centre! The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Looking forward to my next visit!

Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel.
Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.
A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed.
The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere.
The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable.
We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together.
The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease.
This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully.
We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended — we cannot wait to come back! ❤️✨🌴

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay! It was me and my 3 daughters, The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated the late check-out, and no one rushed or bothered us, which made the experience even more relaxing.

A special thanks to Mr. Charles, who came around on the first morning to personally ask every guest for feedback about the breakfast and the hotel. He listened carefully and took notes. We mentioned that Lebanese bread was missing, and to our surprise, it was available the very next day. That level of care and attention is truly appreciated.

The only area for improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the quality was good, we felt it could offer more variety considering the price.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 😊

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the room wasn't massive, the size was perfectly adequate for two people and it was spotlessly clean. You can't beat the location if you're a traveler—it's a stone's throw from the main bus station and just a short walk to Al Wahdah Mall.
The service truly stood out. The Filipina receptionist on duty was incredibly accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in smoothly upon our arrival at noon. Breakfast was also a highlight, particularly for health-conscious guests, as the salad bar was fresh and had plenty of variety.

Excellent experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great service and hospitality overall. Highly recommended!

The location is in the city center, with plenty of dining options downstairs. However, the surroundings are a bit basic, located in an area with many migrant workers. Still, the price is significantly cheaper compared to hotels in tourist areas. The breakfast offers a good variety.

We were upgraded to a much larger room, and they didn't charge for the extra child's bed, which was great. This place is very suitable for families visiting Abu Dhabi.

Environment: While the lobby isn't large, the rooms are quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable. It's a good size for a family of three, with an 8-year-old child. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, where you can transfer to buses to Yas Island and the mosque.

Facilities: Those planning to stay should bring their own toothbrushes and conditioner, as the hotel doesn't provide these. Luckily, we brought our own. The breakfast restaurant isn't large, but the quality is relatively decent. My child didn't quite like the food, but breakfast provided a good source of fruit and vitamins for the day! A special note: you need to ask the staff for coffee; I got a latte for three consecutive days, and it was really delicious!! 👏

Excellent, modern hotel. It's located 25 minutes from the airport. We came for a sporting event and appreciated its close proximity to the sports arena. There's a shop nearby, and a pharmacy 10 minutes away. The hotel exchanges dollars at a slightly lower rate, but it's convenient as you don't have to go anywhere else (though there's a limit of 100 dollars per day). The hotel is clean and has a beautiful restaurant on-site. Housekeeping and water are provided daily, and the bed linen is new and clean. The rooms are spacious. There's a mini-bar available for a fee, and an alcohol store nearby.

We opted for breakfast and dinner included, and the food was superb, varied, and very delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed everything; you definitely won't go hungry. The staff are very responsive, pleasant, and speak English; they're always ready to help. There's a swimming pool, not very big but nice and clean, and a spa area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for a couple of days in the city. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room might be a little dated, but the bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and that's what matters most. The staff were friendly and responsive; they processed my early check-in very quickly 🙏. P.S. The windows definitely need a good wash though 🧽.

Хороший отель, отличные завтраки. Очень хорошая, красивая территория, бассейн, пляж, теннисные корты , падл. Рестораны с вкусной едой. Хочу поблагодарить менеджера Joel , который решил очень быстро нашу проблему.

It’s good hotel, in the center of Dubai and near to everything, the most advantage his location

Thank you so much, especially to Nitisha (FO) and Anwish (HK) they were so kind, helpful and proactive. I enjoyed my stay there. Thanks so much guys!

The location is excellent, right next to the International Financial Center Metro Station. The hotel is on a high floor, and the tower view rooms offer breathtaking views directly facing the Burj Khalifa. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and the restaurant environment is very comfortable. The only downside is that there are connecting doors between each room, which leads to poor soundproofing.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. For a 3-star hotel, it's excellent. The staff are friendly. Some might find the hotel's distance from the city center a downside, but for me, it's fine since I have a car and the price was lower than other hotels. The only issue is that there's construction outside my window all night long. If you're a light sleeper, you might wake up at 4 AM because of it. I was a bit disappointed that it's gotten dusty due to the construction outside, but that's also temporary while the neighboring building is being built. It was quieter during my previous stays. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel.

I recently enjoyed a short staycation at the hotel, and it was truly delightful. The view from the property was absolutely amazing, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. The interior design was elegant and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.

The staff were exceptional friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled with care and professionalism.

Overall, I loved every moment of my visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and refreshing escape.

It was a great stay, specially with my family and very happy to see nearby locations such as Al baik and many fast food chains even the ghazal mall is on walking distance.

It was a fantastic stay. Eventhough few facilities were unavailable due to weather and regional issues, they have top notch service including the all inclusive food package which was worth it. Morgans was such a gem place to have the food and drinks but need an all inclusive package to explore it to the best.Jaison in Morgans was too helpful. Best services provided by Jonny from Pool Deck.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration!

Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting ”I'm coming” to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized.

Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming.

Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable.

Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient.

Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

Everything was actually good, from Housekeeping to staff and services aside from one annoying thing that I experienced upon check in; The receptionist who did my check in was not welcoming with kind of a frowning look on his face “At least a word of have a nice stay” would make difference. I believe his name is Asil

After arriving at the hotel, I was notified that there was no room. I was shocked, but the front desk upgraded me to a twin room for free. It was not the kind of two beds, but a two-bedroom room... Completely unexpected, surprise, the room is oversized, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. There is also a balcony, it is simply! The balcony is facing a tennis court, so many surprises! The area where the hotel is located is a large construction site, surrounded by a variety of buildings under construction! The hotel and the five-star hotel Rotana next to it are a management group and the service is very good.

The hotel's location is good, within walking distance to the metro. The room has a mini-kitchen, but there's no kitchenware except for mugs. The hotel's Wi-Fi only works well at the reception. On the 8th floor, there's no signal at all in the room.

Love to say…. It was the best vacation in Istanbul thanks to our stay at Westside Residences by Rotana…. We booked a family apartment with them which consisted of a kitchen, dining area, a living room and two separate bedrooms.. The rooms were clean and spacious.. The best thing was the views… They were breathtaking… They had a large variety for breakfast as initially we were worried if the kids would like anything.. The kids enjoyed the food… The manager who managed the breakfast was ever so polite and helpful.. It’s close to main locations in Istanbul… Another plus point was Westside Residences by Rotana is opposite the The Mall of Istanbul which was convenient when it came to shopping… This hotel has an underground parking for your car which is managed by CCTV.. We would love to go back to Westside Rotana once again! Would highly recommend this hotel especially for families…

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name.

The cost was so good and everything is good.

Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it.

The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.
