Everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, close to attractions and shopping centers, a 5-minute taxi ride away. The room was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and varied. We have fond memories of it and want to return someday.

This hotel is centrally located, which is very convenient for business trips, and also great for tourists. It's next to a large shopping mall, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is also easily accessible. The window view is nice, and there's even a football field.

Good hotel that is near ADNEC. It is affordable and recommended for any exhibitor visitors.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Overall really happy with the stay, excellent hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here.

A comfortable city hotel with quick check-in, delicious breakfasts, and excellent service during breakfast. It's convenient that some rooms have a stovetop (the hotel provides cookware). The soundproofing from outside street noise is good, but there's a fair bit of sound transfer between rooms, though this didn't bother our stay at all.

The reception staff are very responsive. It's clear the hotel is well-maintained and they strive to keep the rooms in good condition. I think it offers an optimal balance of price and quality.

Great hotel in Abu Dhabi! Amazing view of The Galleria Mall from our room. Abu Dhabi Mall and Grand Emirates Market are within walking distance. Beach is also close by. Lots of restaurants around. Rooftop has a nice pool and gym. Perfect location for exploring the city.

This is a business hotel, wonderful, clean. Delicious breakfasts. Far from the infrastructure, you can get to the mosque by taxi, since there are highways around, you won't get there. Breakfasts are not varied but enough, very tasty

Very clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and great lighting. Location is excellent — right in the Capital Centre area.
Tried the restaurant — food was good, though a bit pricey. Pool and sauna were well-maintained, perfect for a short relaxing stay.

Only small issue was the check-in delay during a busy hour.

The hotel itself is pretty good, with a swimming pool. However, the breakfast isn't great; it might be fine for foreigners but Chinese people might not be used to it. There's also some construction noise outside the window, which is a bit loud. It's suitable for business travelers, but families should probably reconsider.

Check-in at night was very fast. Reda at the front desk was very nice. Free room upgrade and she didn't keep urging you to check out on time.

Great location near the metro, the food is average, the staff is great, the room is comfortable, but the walls are thin and you can hear if people talk loud in near room. In the morning the lifts are very busy during breakfast hours.

Parking is a major miss! Cant believe there’s no indoor parking and only 6 covered parking spots! This is a deal breaker and i would never stay here again because of that alone.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration!

Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting ”I'm coming” to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized.

Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming.

Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable.

Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient.

Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

Hotel was beautifull, very big room and balcony with nice view on the pool, comfortable beds, Nice pool, small jacuzzy, free shuttle drive to the beach and back, excelent staff, Gym, only downside is the location far away from downtown, airport, no shops or restaurants except hotel one which is not inmy budget tange, but nearby  very close is KFC, Arab food , Subway and few more of them in Student Campus 1.5 km away if you want to eat cheaper or you can order the food by careem app. Softer pillows are advisable to aquire, anyway i reccommend this hotel because sometimes they have affordable prices.

Located in the old Dubai Marina, the hotel has an excellent location. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Dubai Mall, which is very friendly to tourists. There is a bar and a cafe on the first floor, which is also convenient for business meetings and receptions.

It wasn't bad. The rooms are very spacious. However, the breakfast is modest. And the hotel is already a bit tired. The pool is tiny. I don't plan to return. The price speaks for itself

For the first time I encountered the fact that when booking on Trip.com it gives one price, but when you start booking it gives you another one that is 16-17% higher. The hotel itself takes a very long time to be occupied, everything looks old and shabby. It's not very comfortable. The room is very cold, the air conditioning was turned off immediately, but even in the morning it was still very cold, the breakfasts were very weak and there was constant confusion.

Everything was perfect except location as it is located on highway (motorway) it's far from all the tourist attractions which are in town approximately 30/35min drive. Though it's worth booking for excellent view, peaceful, quite spacious, modern amenities, very good and polite staff, good service. It is very tall building with more than 30 floors. We booked Centro suite plus. Altogether we did not regret it.

The room is clean and tidy, but the service did not leave a great impression. Arriving with my husband and child, we did not immediately receive a third set of towels and bedding to make a bed for the child (I booked taking into account the fact that the child is with us at once). incredible in the room, but the air conditioner coped with it after about half an hour, and in general, the staff is friendly, polite and tried to provide the maximum after requesting the right to them 😊

Service is the best specially hakim and hassan, Hassan is the top person who understand the customer value and how to handle them. For swimming pool you need a cap to cover your head without that you can't swim and then you have to buy it from them which is 400 TR means £5 so swimming is not free and they don't mansion that in advert

Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is a truly fabulous hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this establishment. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of dishwasher tablets and laundry powder alongside the dishwasher and washing machine. These small details demonstrate a commitment to guest comfort and convenience.

It will be interesting to see how this hotel maintains its standards as it ages, but as of now, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana offers outstanding value for money. Whether you are staying for a short visit or an extended period, this hotel is an excellent choice that combines luxury, convenience, and top-notch service.

The general hotel, I feel speechless is its entrance, very narrow, low floor height, and the design of the elevator room is very amazing. The hotel room is not bad, the facilities are very comprehensive, the washing machine, the microwave oven are all, the bed is very comfortable. Will not have the urge to go to the second time
