This area is less crowded, with a couple of malls nearby like Parco and Termina, so food and basic amenities are easily accessible. I really like that the room and bathroom are more spacious than usual. I could fully open my two large suitcases and still have space to move around. There’s also a humidifier in the room, which helps a lot with the dry air. We book a 2 single bed room and it fits perfectly for us and 1 kid. The 2 bed were combined with much space for all.

The room was spacious for Tokyo standards, with views of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. I always stay in Asakusa when I visit, and this hotel was the best so far. There's a coffee shop downstairs that's supposedly one of the best in the world, and their waffles are delicious. In the lobby, you can help yourself to skincare products, toiletries, drip coffee, and tea bags, which is super convenient. A Uniqlo store is right outside the hotel, and a Don Quijote is just a three-minute walk away. The Tsukuba Express is also only a three-minute walk. Overall, the location is incredibly convenient, and I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

What I like most is they turned breakfast area to be lounge where you can get free drinks and icecream - it was tasty!

🏠The room has a door inside to seperate from bathroom and bedroom, for me, I feel the room is bigger than average that you will get from others in the same range. 
Plus you can use washing machine and can check availibity on the TV in your room!

🚋The location is close to the subway station, you can take it to Tokyo station in 10mins.

I will absolutely come back if I have a chance to come to Tokyo again 🥰

Everything is good! Location, amenities, free drinks in the lounge are superb! Uniqlo is just downstairs. So many good food nearby, not to mention Donki as well. Most viral food on Tiktok/IG are walking distance away, including Benitsuru Pancake! Nearest convenience store is Lawson. Service is top notch! Will choose to come back to the hotel again when Im in Asakusa.

hotel was one of the best value hotels in tokyo i have stayed at considering it was a weekend & there was also decomiku concert, front desk was very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till 9pm the next day!

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel location was convenient. There's a direct train to the airport, but the breakfast was quite mediocre.

We had a wonderful stay at Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around, with the train station, Tokyo Skytree, shopping, and plenty of food options nearby. It made our trip around Tokyo very easy and stress-free.

Breakfast had limited choices, but the taste was good and still enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at the Richmond Hotel Tokyo Shiba was quite a shock, definitely not as good as previous Richmond stays. I encountered a lot of issues during my four nights there. First, regarding my request for 'no corner room' – I had communicated this in advance via Ctrip. However, each floor at this hotel is small with only a few rooms, so there's not really a distinction between corner or non-corner. But I was still assigned a corner room on the top floor, which was really inconvenient. If the elevators were busy, I had to wait quite a while 😂. Two elevators really aren't enough. 

Next, the cleanliness. On my first day, I didn't select the continuous stay option on the TV. The hotel's policy is to clean every three days. I changed it to have cleaning for the remaining three days. But, dramatically, the first cleaning was fine, while the second and third had issues. During the second cleaning, the hotel's cleaning staff left two of their rags in my room. I wrote a note, but received no response, giving me the impression they just thought 'oh well, it's in your room now' 😃. The third cleaning was very simplified, and some areas were clearly missed.

As for the front desk, their English proficiency was quite limited, and sometimes they couldn't understand what I was saying. However, the female staff generally maintained a smiling service, while some of the male staff were expressionless.

I originally chose this hotel because of its good location, close to the JR station, which was indeed convenient. It's also close to Shiba Shinmei Shopping Street, Shiba Park, and Tokyo Tower. But I'd say the service was mediocre 😂. The room was also quite small, and I felt there were too few power outlets.

The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a very relaxing stay. Membership registration allowed for a leisurely check-out. The staff were very polite, there was parking available downstairs, and the restaurant offered plenty of delicious vegetables. I was extremely satisfied!

The illuminations along the path to Mitaka Station, where I took a walk, were very peaceful.

Located conveniently across from Tokyo Dome City (LaQua mall) and right above a Don Quixote, which is open 24hrs, the convenience is amazing at the price point. It is also near a few train and subway lines within walking distance which makes it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and simple with ample space. Amenities are free to pick up from the 4th floor lobby so it’s not that troublesome. Did not get breakfast from the hotel which I understand to be at the Saizeriya on the 3rd floor of the building.

We stayed at Richmond Hotel Hakata and Richmond Hotel Tenjin for our first two nights and final two nights, with a trip to Yufuin and Nagasaki in between.

The Hakata property is slightly older, while the Tenjin hotel feels brand new. The Tenjin hotel stands out for its modern design, central location, and well-thought-out lighting controls, making the stay more comfortable and convenient.

Breakfast at Royal Host in Tenjin was also very good, offering a satisfying start to the day.

What truly impressed us at both hotels was the staff. They were consistently courteous, helpful, and well-trained—always patient in assisting with any requests.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay with this hotel chain again on future visits to Japan.

The room was spotless. The front desk offered complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes, facial cleanser, lotion, and even face masks. The bathroom's bathtub was very clean, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. I really appreciated that the room wasn't cleaned daily, as it allowed me to leave my belongings spread out without worry. Every day, the staff would hang fresh towels and other amenities in a bag on the doorknob, and we could simply place used items in a bag outside the door for them to collect. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, and the location, very close to Hakata Station, was ideal. It's a great choice, and I'll definitely pick this hotel again on my next trip.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. I had a great stay and highly recommend it! I particularly want to mention that due to my own health reasons, I suffered severe insomnia for two consecutive nights and couldn't continue my trip, so I had to check out early and return home. During the checkout process, a front desk staff member named Zhang patiently and warmly assisted me. He went above and beyond, thinking of everything for me and doing his best to communicate with the booking agent, ultimately securing a successful refund. I want to express my special thanks to him here. I've uploaded a picture of his name tag. I also want to thank Trip.com's customer service for their kind communication throughout; I didn't have to worry about a thing. Their handling was efficient and sincere, definitely a five-star review!

Context: The 'Prestige Corner Room' windows face a construction site with accompanying noise, which unfortunately detracts from the overall ambiance. This deduction only applies to my specific room type.

Ambiance: The hotel's back entrance opens directly onto Tanukikoji shopping street, and it's a mere 10 meters from Hokkaido's largest Don Quijote. The location is unbeatable, though the construction across the road from the main entrance does have a negative impact.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are on par with a 3-star rating, so you don't need to worry too much about amenities. There's no bottled water in the room, but there's a public water dispenser by the elevator.

Service: Full housekeeping service is only available on the third day for guests staying four days or more. This is quite inconvenient for longer stays, as trash can quickly pile up.

Hygiene: Overall, the environment is very clean and tidy. Even with smoking rooms, there's no smoke smell in the elevators. The laundry room has two washer-dryer combos, which are very busy. The inside of the machines is quite dirty, so I'd recommend only washing outer garments and not underwear.

I had a very pleasant stay at Richmond Hotel Sapporo Ekimae. The room was clean and well maintained, with housekeeping done every day. Towels were changed daily, which I really appreciated. Even the bathroom was spotless and well kept throughout my stay.

The staff were friendly, polite, and very welcoming, which made the experience even better. One highlight was the breakfast service — it was excellent and is a full meal course. You can choose from six different set options, all of which were satisfying and well prepared.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is convenient, about a 15–20 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Getting around is easy as Sapporo has many interconnected underground walkways, which is especially helpful during cold or snowy days.
