We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and promptly provided fans when the room felt a little warm, which we really appreciated. Check-in was really smooth, and Scarlett was especially helpful in handling everything and resolving our questions quickly via WeChat. The location is also excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Yu Garden with great views from the window. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a special shout-out to Lene at the front desk! When we checked in, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, and meticulously explained all the hotel's services. She made sure to remind me about the breakfast times and location and even recommended some special dishes. The next day, when we went for breakfast, it was indeed incredibly varied, with Chinese dim sum, Western cold cuts, and fresh fruit all available, and everything tasted amazing. Upon entering our room, we were even more pleasantly surprised; it was spotless, the linens were pristine, and the furniture was neatly arranged, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. From check-in to check-out, her professional and thoughtful service, combined with the hotel's excellent facilities, truly made us feel at home. I wholeheartedly commend Lene and this hotel, and I will definitely be back here on my next visit!

I chose this hotel during a concert, and it's very close to Raffles City Changning, with a subway entrance right downstairs. The location is super convenient.

The downside was the long wait for check-in. I arrived at 2:30 PM, but was told no rooms were available and I'd have to wait. They offered the executive lounge, which only had some biscuits, two types of cake, two kinds of bread, and drinks – pretty ordinary. I didn't actually get my room until 4 PM, and the front desk said they'd call me, but they never did.

The room itself felt a bit dated, but everything else was fine. The water pressure was good, and breakfast was plentiful.

To sum it up: this place is king of value for money. Nothing stands out as exceptionally brilliant, but everything is excellent, including its slightly off-center location near the heart of a huge city. The convenience of the surrounding commercial area is fantastic (within 300 meters, there are two Starbucks, two FamilyMarts, high-end apartment complexes with supermarkets and dining on the ground floor, and a subway entrance, all within a 5-minute walk). The rooms are spacious; although the room I was assigned this time didn't have the best view, looking out onto a construction site, that's a minor flaw. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai. Oh, and the buffet breakfast is pretty good too, with all the usual Chinese and Western options.

Really love how the staff were so attentive and helpful during our stay. The hotel has good facilities especially the gym room. Counter staffs were great and facilitated our check in and check out process so smoothly. Kudos to them and the cleaning ladies who made our holiday a pleasant one.

Staff very friendly. Hotel is new and clean. It is in a shopping centre so you got lots of shops and restaurants with in mins.
about 6 mins from Flushing train station. Highly recommended.

After reading the comments, I was a little hesitant at first, but it seems that the little horse is crossing the river! The hotel room, location, and sanitation are all good, so I will choose this place again if I come back in the future. After all, it is a good price-performance hotel, and it is very convenient to travel. The noise depends on everyone's acceptance. I don't think it will affect sleep Of course, you can tell the front desk to choose a higher floor when you check in. There is also a $30 fee mentioned by many people. If it is included in the reservation, then make it clear to the front desk that the fee included in our destination tax can be paid. Spend at the bar and exchange for items such as Central Park ride tickets! The Evian water in the room has never been used, so be sure to check the bill when you check out! In short, communication is really important when you go out‼ ️The small sharing hopes to help everyone travel! This time, I would also like to thank Zhou You, the housekeeper of Ctrip, for communicating with the hotel in a timely manner and solving my confusion!

Environment: The hotel environment is very good. A particularly good thing is that there are no buttons in the elevator and you can only swipe the room card, which prevents non-hotel residents from entering the hotel at will.

The location is also good. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Korea Street, Times Square, and Broadway. There is also a subway station nearby, a 3-minute walk away.

Facilities and hygiene: Nothing wrong, everything is OK

I booked a king-size bed room with city view for two nights. The night view was good at night. I felt it was suitable for two people. This time, three people slept in the same bed. There wasn’t much room to put the takeaways, but the hotel was generally OK.

The most important thing to remind you is that the hotel is located in Harlem, which is said to be a black community. You can check the security situation in the area online. I don't mean to discriminate against black people here. But the first night I arrived was around 7pm on the weekend. After getting off the bus, I felt that there were many people around the hotel and it was quite chaotic. The hotel reception was on the 5th floor. After checking the Internet in the room, I felt that I lived in the wrong place. I traveled by UBER in the next few days and didn't dare to take the subway. The hotel should be a high-end one nearby, and the Apollo Theater is next to it. I stayed for 5 or 6 days, but I didn't go around the hotel, so it's inconvenient to make too many comments. It's just that there are many black people outside the hotel, and beggars occasionally approached me. I didn't encounter any unpleasant things around the hotel.

The location is OK, close to Chelsea, or just in Chelsea. The view is good, with a night view of Manhattan. The room is also quite big. Walk around for a few minutes and you will be at the famous gallery of Chelsea, which is also close to the highline. It depends on where you want to go. All in all, it's good, I like it.

My stay at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was an almost perfect experience, with every detail leaving a lasting impression.

First, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Elaine Xia from the front desk. Her warm smile and professional, meticulous service made us feel a genuine sense of belonging right from check-in. What was even more impressive was her proactive care throughout our subsequent stay. She checked in with us daily, quickly and efficiently responding to and handling all our needs, truly embodying the meaning of 'a home away from home.'

The hotel's Executive Lounge was a major highlight of our stay. Located on the 17th floor, it operates from 6:30 AM until 9:30 PM, with extended hours that perfectly accommodate various schedules. Whether it was starting the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoying a pleasant afternoon tea, having a light meal in place of dinner, or unwinding with a drink in the evening, the lounge consistently offered high-quality food and a comfortable environment, significantly enhancing the convenience and sense of luxury of our stay.

Most unforgettable was the hotel's exceptional location and views. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Executive Lounge or our own guest room, national landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum were all clearly visible, like a flowing historical scroll unfolding outside our window. The serene solemnity of the morning and the dazzling brilliance of the night gave this trip an extraordinary sense of awe and memory.

This was my first time staying eight consecutive nights at one hotel.

It is a very nice, clean and comfortable Hotel. We had a room, wich had a good (or more than good) size with a nice view over the city and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in this hotel. I‘m a bit sad, that we stayed there just one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say much about the pool or the gym. I just went upstairs to see the pool for a minute, but it seemed big enough for swimming and relaxing and also had a nice view over the city. The hotel is good located near the center and some main sights of the city.

The hotel's decor, from the lobby to the rooms, really pays attention to detail and has a great sense of design. The ornaments in our suite also showed thoughtfulness. It was very spacious with a double-bathroom design, perfect for families, and the room layout was excellent, ensuring privacy. We especially appreciated the complimentary wooden souvenir key card, featuring the hotel's distinctive horse theme. Soundproofing was great, and cleanliness was high. My favorite part was the living room; it felt just like home. The male receptionist and the concierge staff were both very helpful.

The restaurant has a stylish design, but the variety of dishes wasn't very extensive, and options were limited. There weren't many Beijing-specific breakfast items, and there were very few staff members. The coffee machine was a bit of a mystery – it prompted you to pull something to confirm, but it wasn't actually necessary, and I had to ask someone nearby for help. Throughout our time in the restaurant, I only saw one roving server. However, having lemon chicken feet with bolognese in the morning was unexpectedly good – a perfect snack with a drink, haha!
