A pleasant and convenient hotel located very close to Hong Kong International Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which makes it a good option for early flights or events nearby.

I stayed here while attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo. It was very convenient, as the venue is close and reachable on foot, partly via covered walkways. There are a few basic options inside AsiaWorld-Expo, including a 7-Eleven and Starbucks, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there.

The room itself is small but functional. The bathroom and shower are separate. There are two large towels and two small towels. The sink is located in the room, not inside the bathroom. Toiletries are provided, including toothbrushes, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. Everything was clean and well maintained.

To avoid waiting until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, I was offered an early check-in with a twin room, which I accepted. The room felt quite compact, and the second bed takes up a lot of space, so it can easily become a luggage area if you are staying alone.

In the room, there is a kettle, tea, a couple of tea bags, coffee, a safe, and bottled water. A carafe is provided, and you can refill clean drinking water on your floor. You just need to call reception by dialing zero, and they will tell you where the water dispenser is located on your floor.

There is not much around the hotel at ground level. On-site, there is a restaurant serving breakfast, as well as vending machines with simple snacks, cookies, and soft drinks. For more options, you need to walk to the nearby shopping area or AsiaWorld-Expo.

My room windows faced another hotel, the Marriott, so there was no view, but it was very quiet. No airplane noise at all, which was a nice surprise for an airport hotel.

Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very practical for airport stays or nearby events. Everything worked well, and I would rate it 5 stars for convenience and functionality.

The hotel's overall service deserves a solid 5-star rating. Firstly, they were incredibly accommodating, upgrading us to a larger room and adding an extra bed, bringing the total to four beds. This kind of service in a Hong Kong hotel is truly exceptional. Secondly, the breakfast was quite extensive, with highlights like pineapple buns and lean pork congee, definitely fulfilling your expectations for a Hong Kong-style breakfast. On the first day of ***** New Year, there was a long queue for breakfast, and the front desk thoughtfully gave us a heads-up. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by Sha Tin Wai Station, making it convenient to get to Lok Ma Chau, Sai Kung, and Tsim Sha Tsui. This is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel!

Conveniently located right at Terminal 1 Arrivals, it's super easy to find. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room is actually quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and the price is reasonable. Getting around is very convenient – taxis and buses are readily available. The shower water gets nice and hot, but it's a bathtub, not a walk-in shower.

I've been to Hong Kong countless times and stayed in quite a few hotels, big and small. To be objective, as an old-school five-star hotel, it offers all the expected services. However, don't set your quality expectations too high. First, at the front desk, apart from one young man who spoke excellent Mandarin and provided fantastic service, the others either couldn't understand Chinese or were extremely arrogant. As for the facilities, the air conditioning and ventilation were incredibly noisy. Luckily, it hasn't been hot these past few days, so I generally didn't need to turn on the AC. Then there's the executive lounge – after I swiped my card to enter, two staff members repeatedly double-checked my room number, which was a very poor experience. When I asked them to cut some fruit for me, she just pointed to where the knife was, haha. I must say, though, the breakfast quality was very good. The hygiene was also decent. The location isn't bad either; you can catch a glimpse of the sea between the buildings.

The service was great! They proactively upgraded our room upon arrival, which immediately boosted our spirits. We were on the 32nd floor, which required an elevator transfer.

I'd seen before that this hotel has a lot of mirrors, and that's definitely true. Going to the restroom in the middle of the night without turning on the lights did make me a bit paranoid, but I slept pretty well. It was quiet, and the room was a good size.

I really liked the scent of the body lotion; I'd even consider buying some for home. I remember it having a very soothing goji berry-like scent.

The decor created a festive New Year atmosphere. We also received two complimentary drinks at the wealthy restaurant – I highly recommend the orange juice; it was delicious!

Overall, my stay was decent – it met basic needs but didn't offer any standout features. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way, its proximity to the train and metro stations made getting around and finding food very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were generally friendly. The room was clean, bedding had no strange odors, hot water was consistent, and soundproofing was acceptable, so nighttime rest wasn't significantly disturbed by noise.

However, there were some clear downsides: the room facilities were a bit old, and there weren't enough power outlets, which made charging devices inconvenient. The mattress was quite firm, leading to only average sleeping comfort. Overall, it offers medium value for money, suitable for short business trips or transit stays. If you have higher expectations for accommodation quality, you might want to consider other options.

many years visiting, no changes, I call it the regal plastic hotel, all is plastic like spoons,cups,plates 
coffee is horrible,  yoghurt from machine looks and tastes like plastic, never change food at breakfast,  even the positions of the single dishes at same places, 
front desk person just speak chinese no other language,

Environment: The hotel I stayed at during this business trip left a good impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and it was quiet all night, allowing me, a light sleeper, to sleep soundly.

Facilities: The gym was well-equipped and spacious, and the meeting room was a suitable size with excellent equipment, making it ideal for holding meetings.

Service: The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the robot food delivery service was thoughtful and convenient for my trip. The location was excellent, close to Jinqiao Metro Station, and a taxi ride back to Pudong Airport only took 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, satisfying my need to get up early.
