Arrived in Hong Kong and chose this hotel for our first night's layover. The free shuttle bus service to and from the airport was incredibly convenient! Plus, on our second day, there was also a direct shuttle to the Disneyland park entrance, which was a huge help. The hotel front desk staff were very nice; seeing we had a child with us, they upgraded us to a suite, saying it would be more comfortable with the extra space – much appreciated! Everything from cleanliness, environment, to location was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for early morning or late night flights when I'm back in Hong Kong.

The facilities are quite old. There isn't a single power outlet next to the bed, though there is a power strip available. To charge devices, you have to flip open a cover under the TV, which is inconvenient. There's a slight musty smell in the corner of the large bed closest to the shower. However, the shower room does have a heater. Both the customer service and the waitstaff were very polite. I accidentally left for the airport without returning my room card. When I called to explain, the customer service representative just said, 'Welcome back next time!' I felt a little embarrassed about it. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the facilities. Eating out nearby is quite convenient, and there's also a commercial area across the river. If I'm ever in Sha Tin to watch the horse races again, I'd consider staying here.

Traveling with a child on a layover, this hotel was incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk from the airport.
The room was quite spacious too.
I saw reviews praising the coffee in the cafe, so I tried it, and it was excellent. My child got free cookies, and I ended up buying some more as gifts.
Check-in was a bit crowded, probably because several flights had just arrived. Check-out was very smooth, and they even offered express service.

Oh, and the hotel also provides free universal adapters; you just scan a QR code, and customer service delivers it to your door. They don't provide bottled water, but they offer free glass bottles, and drinking water stations are available in the hallway, which is both eco-friendly and practical.

Overall, a great experience!

Two seniors and a child, we crossed the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to visit Hong Kong. The hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, and both the MTR and buses are very convenient. After crossing the bridge, we took the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and then a regular bus, and it was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. Hong Kong is known for its high property values, but the family room we booked had two large beds and was very spacious. We could even see Victoria Harbour from our room, and it was just a short walk to the Avenue of Stars. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service and patiently explained the bus routes to us. Despite the hotel being quite busy and check-in officially being at 3 PM, we were delighted to be able to check in at 12 PM.

Great location! I've been to Hong Kong many times, but this was my first stay in Causeway Bay, and it was a really good experience. The room was very spacious and even had a partial sea view. The value for money here is outstanding. The 'ding ding' tram stop is right downstairs. The downsides are that it's a bit old; the first day the bath towel had a stain, and the second day it had a hole. Also, a minor issue is that being close to the road, the traffic lights downstairs make a faint 'ding ding' sound all night. If you're a light sleeper, it might be a slight disturbance. Overall, I'd go again and would recommend it to friends.

The Regal Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong is a 4-star hotel located in Kowloon City. This hotel offers incredible value! It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Kai Tak Sports Park, making it super convenient for attending events. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help. There are tons of great food options nearby, and getting around is easy. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

many years visiting, no changes, I call it the regal plastic hotel, all is plastic like spoons,cups,plates 
coffee is horrible,  yoghurt from machine looks and tastes like plastic, never change food at breakfast,  even the positions of the single dishes at same places, 
front desk person just speak chinese no other language,

Environment: The hotel I stayed at during this business trip left a good impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and it was quiet all night, allowing me, a light sleeper, to sleep soundly.

Facilities: The gym was well-equipped and spacious, and the meeting room was a suitable size with excellent equipment, making it ideal for holding meetings.

Service: The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the robot food delivery service was thoughtful and convenient for my trip. The location was excellent, close to Jinqiao Metro Station, and a taxi ride back to Pudong Airport only took 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, satisfying my need to get up early.
