This hotel is perfect for travelers catching an early flight the next day. It's just a few minutes' walk to the departure hall, and finding the hotel is easy with clear signs guiding you from the airport arrivals. However, the facilities are a bit old. The room only has UK-style power outlets, but you can borrow an adapter for free from the front desk. Overall, it's a good stay.

Stayed here for two nights while attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo, and for that purpose this hotel is an excellent choice. The location is very convenient, as you can easily walk back to your room after a concert or exhibition without having to worry about transportation late at night.
The hotel was very clean, and our room on the 11th floor was spotless. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of useful amenities, including a wardrobe, safe, mini fridge, and even storage space under the bed for luggage. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water.
One feature we really appreciated was the drinking water station on the 11th floor. It was very convenient for us, although guests staying on other floors might find it less convenient.
The hotel has two restaurants, one in the lobby and another on the 12th floor. Prices are a little on the high side, but we did buy sandwiches from the lobby restaurant and they were quite good.
There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR Station and back to the hotel. It only runs once per hour, which can be a little limiting, but it is still a useful service. Alternatively, a taxi to Tung Chung and Citygate Outlets costs around HKD 70, where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. We did not use the gym, but the pool looked like a nice option for relaxing during the day or in the evening.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo.

Thanks to the Regal crew I can see this is a big hotel serving lots of tour etc. This is my first time staying at Regal even had been living in the neighbourhood for decades - for this reason I can imagine why the rooms seems to be old and outdated.  
From other reviews I found there's a self laundry service on the 8/F (HK$50 per token for 1 wash or 1 dryer) surprisingly there's a pantry as well - but my swipe card won't let me in. I haven't try any other facilities so can't tell. Floor staff are very polite I would say.

I recently stayed at Regal Kowloon Hotel for four nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was varied and delicious, providing a great start to each day. Overall, Regal Kowloon exceeded my expectations and made my trip memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the street from the A11 bus stop, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the room felt a bit dated and had too many mirrors!

Walking into the hotel lobby gave a great first impression. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage. They even provided a complimentary fruit platter and yogurt in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The lady who checked me in upgraded my room, which was fantastic! And the little rubber ducky in the room was a free gift for me too 😊 Across the street there's a shopping mall, making it super convenient for meals, and getting a taxi is also very easy. Overall, I had a really good experience. Next time I'm in Dezhou for business, this will definitely be my first choice.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The overall ambiance was elegant and grand, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, making the entire process from check-in to check-out very smooth. The breakfast had a wide variety and excellent taste, with quality evident in every detail. It was a quiet and pleasant experience overall, a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely prioritize this place for my next trip.
