This was my first stay at this hotel. The accommodation was good. The location is right in the heart of Mong Kok, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk lady had a good attitude and provided thoughtful service. She even accommodated my request to change rooms. For a city center hotel, the room was quite spacious. The only minor points were that the walls and wallpaper were a bit old. However, the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The desk was also clean. The view was quite open. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was strong. Overall, it was a good experience, especially the front desk service. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel facilities are relatively new. Although the room isn't huge, the amenities are quite convenient. They provide disposable toiletries and slippers, a mini-fridge, and a capsule coffee machine. There's also a cafe on the ground floor offering free hot water, iced water, and a coffee machine, plus a self-service vending machine. A 7-Eleven convenience store is just 30 meters to the right when you exit. It's not far from the ferry terminal to Macau, making it easy to get there.

This 4-star hotel genuinely feels like a 5-star experience, mainly due to the excellent rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic location perfect for a relaxing Pattaya getaway. Almost all rooms offer an open and airy view, and the swimming pool is large. The air conditioning system is on par with a high-end 5-star hotel. I went in with no expectations but was thoroughly impressed! I managed to book it at a great price too, highly recommend it! They also offer a seafood buffet every day.

The front desk is on the 20th floor. The location is just okay; it's about a 15-minute walk to the livelier areas, which is acceptable. The price itself is very good, and the overall place is comfortable and clean, except for some stains on the sofa which might be hard to clean but don't look great.

The swimming pool and gym on the 22nd floor are small but well-equipped, offering all the basic necessities for a relaxing time!

The room is spacious, bright, and clean, with all the necessary amenities, including an iron to smooth out wrinkled clothes from your luggage. The shower has good hot water and strong pressure. The only minor complaint would be that the soundproofing isn't the best, but it's not terrible either, so it's within an acceptable range!
