The service and attitude were excellent. The doorman was very responsible, helping with luggage as soon as we arrived. The concierge service was spot-on; water was brought up very quickly whenever we needed it. They even sent a cake for a birthday! The two corner rooms were very spacious, and the other room had a great view. This was a wonderful surprise during our Hong Kong trip, much respect!

First time staying at this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful but the taste was just average. However, the location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Canton Road. Across the street is Haiphong Road, which leads directly to Nathan Road. The high-speed rail station, subway, and cinema are all very close by, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring.

My stay was excellent! The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful; they proactively helped me with my luggage all the way to the main entrance. Their service was very detailed and considerate, and they always greeted me with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and for Hong Kong, it was surprisingly spacious with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel is nearly 30 years old, and while it has been renovated and upgraded, many rooms still have issues. For example, the rooms are small, and you can only bathe in a bathtub; there's no separate shower. The old hairdryer is very difficult to use, noisy, and has weak airflow. The mattress sags slightly in the middle. However, the air conditioning works wonderfully! The service is warm and friendly; both the housekeeping staff and front desk greet you. Check-in is done seated, and the front desk staff genuinely greeted my child, not in a robotic way. This level of service easily surpasses many newer hotels. The charm of an older hotel with experienced staff really makes you feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marco Polo Plaza. The hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the views from the Nivel Hills are absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the well-maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!
