The reception staff is superb. They took very good care of our requirements as we don't speak Chinese and had specific meal requirements. The hotel location is great, very close to Tourist centre for all activities. Surely recommend to stay here.

Hotel location is close to the East Station, very convenient, walk for ten minutes, the front desk lady sister brother 02 and 03 service attitude is very intimate, there is a gym laundry room on the first floor, too convenient, just I have to wash clothes, there is a dryer, very good, the room is very clean, the lighting is also very good, there is no taste, Very new! The whole family went to Yichang for a self-driving tour on May Day, and booked a king-size bed room for 1 night at Licheng Hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, shopping and eating can be solved nearby. From the hotel window, you can see the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and Quyuan's hometown can also be reached by walk. There are not many breakfast categories, but they can meet basic needs. The hotel has free parking on the first floor, but there are not many parking spaces. Sometimes it has to stop to the second floor, but there is no elevator on the second floor to go directly to the hotel floor, which will be a certain trouble.

There is no one that is the most satisfying for a family during the entire trip, and the most worthy of family and parent-child travel check-in. From the hotel design to the service, the details are full. The spiral staircase is very suitable for fashion blockbusters. My sister and I changed into dresses and took enough photos. Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with  ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself.  Had to navigate myself.  No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same.   Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre.  Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes.   Barring the service of the hotel staff,  the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

Facilities: Most of the room's amenities are voice-controlled, but the commands are tricky. For example, turning on the bathroom light didn't work; I had to ask for the shower light. It took several tries before it worked, which felt rather mechanical.

Environment: The room was decent. Free drinks and instant coffee were provided, and there was a trash can for food containers.

Service: The room was quite helpful. However, when we were leaving to go rafting, we wanted to take our room slippers with us to change into afterward. They were good quality slippers with thick, non-slip soles. We received a call to say the slippers were only free to use and could not be taken away. Taking a pair would cost 40 yuan, and we were asked to return them. The pre-check-in reservation stated free, disposable slippers, but it didn't mention they couldn't be taken away. I was completely baffled. Did they have to be reused by the next guest?

The hotel staff has a very good and friendly service attitude. Because I didn't know how to take a bus to the East Station, the front desk staff patiently told me to call a taxi on a local platform of the mini program, which is very convenient. They can pick me up at the hotel and send me directly to the destination, which helped me solve a big problem. Thank you very much. The room hygiene is also very good. The room is not very big, but the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, the hot water is also very good, and I rested well. It is a small county town with a lot of fireworks. It is very pleasant to take a walk by the river at night.

The room is in a great location, very close to Optics Valley, with easy access to taxis and the subway. The hotel is also relatively new, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is excellent, and the cooling is plentiful. The breakfast is also very generous, and the room is spacious enough for two children to play around in. The only downside is that it's located next to an elevated highway, making the noise from cars quite loud. Also, 50 meters ahead is the car repair shop entrance, which is very convenient for bringing children.

The hotel is very good, all rooms are on the first floor, from Gate A of the Land Jewelry Building, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China came in on the 12th floor, the murals in the corridor feel very careful, are all photos of Wuhan attractions, the special offer is really small, but the front desk lady upgraded the room for free, look at the picture, The area is much larger, but the number of rooms is not much. When the room is full, it cannot be upgraded. This is also very understood. When the TV is turned on, you will be reminded of the WiFi password. Licheng Hotel is great. Good location, convenient for travel. The room is clean and the bed is soft. The front desk guy is warm and polite, and the service is thoughtful. The breakfast is rich and delicious, which can meet different tastes. The environment in the hotel is elegant, and the facilities can be used normally. Having been to this hotel before, the service has still remained great. Every morning at this hotel had very polite service, with a delicious buffet available for us each morning. Coming back to the hotel to rest was always an enjoyable part of the day.
The location of the hotel is very convenient - being in a central location and easy access to taxis, buses and the metro meant that we could get to many places with ease. The nearby restaurants, although not many, were still wonderful to experience, and having a shopping mall only a few minutes away was very convenient for lazy days.
