Located in the ancient city but not near the bar street, it's relatively quiet! The owner upgraded me to a king room! The service attitude was excellent; before I even arrived at the ancient city, they guided me on how to get to the hotel from the high-speed train station. Cars can't enter the ancient city, so the owner met me at my drop-off point and helped me with my luggage! When checking out, the owner also helped carry my luggage to the taxi stand in the ancient city! The only downside was that the shower water wasn't hot enough.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. The room is spotless and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly in cold weather. The location is also excellent.

The only downside was the bathtub area, which looked different from the pictures. In reality, it has a half-open window instead of a full-size one, so in winter, cold air comes in, making it too cold to take a bath. But in spring or summer, it must be a great experience!

All in all, we had a wonderful, cozy stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Chang'an City, Maomao Ancient City of Phoenix, is still worth a visit. The hotel we stayed in is in the ancient city and it is convenient to travel on the river. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are not many rooms with elevators in the ancient city. This is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

The location is excellent, very close to the performance venue, and the riverside views are absolutely stunning. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond: she drove us to the bus station to catch a taxi and even helped us with our luggage in the rain. A huge thank you to her! The scenery was so beautiful that I couldn't resist extending my stay for another day.

We initially booked just one room with two queen-size beds for the three of us, as we were simply passing through Fenghuang Ancient City and needed a temporary place to stay. However, upon arrival, we found the environment to be quite pleasant, so we decided to book an additional smaller room for the driver and our dad to have their own space and rest. The value for money was excellent! The host's service was also very attentive. Highly recommended!

交通:停車很方便，停車場離民宿衹需幾分鐘路程，位置很好找。打車也方便。

服務:美女老闆比較親和，態度好服務佳。另外細節上也做的很到位。交通:走幾分鐘就能到城區街上，位置很好找。打車也方便。

If you like quiet, you must live here. It is 50 meters away from the riverside, and 50 meters next to the bright bridge. Then about 600 meters from the Phoenix Range Rover Station is Fuyuan Community. Fuyuan Community is two hundred and three hundred meters ahead of the entrance of the ancient city of Phoenix. Entering the entrance 100 meters should be this homestay. It was a row of buildings away from the river. It was immediately quiet. The bar on the riverside was too noisy at night. I felt deaf when I walked on the riverside. I didn’t dare to think about how painful it was to live on the riverside. The bar should be closed at 11 o’clock. It is said that, but I can’t hear anything in the house. At most, there is a singing voice that is a little ghost crying wolf, but it is not noisy, there is an inexplicable sense of joy, and the air conditioning is very good to make this season not cold, the hot water is very good, not afraid of catching a cold, the bosses are also super good! The boss's house also has its own travel photography store, with many styles, very convenient

Finding an affordable guesthouse under 200 RMB during the Wuzhen Theatre Festival was incredibly difficult.

Opened in 2017, I imagine it has been through its share of challenges.

When I checked in for my room card, the accommodation staff and front desk were quite good. They even gave me a box of crispy scallion cookies (Gu Sao Bing), which were delicious 😋. Someone also helped me carry my luggage to the room. Since I was staying in a loft, he even carried my bags up to the second floor, which I really appreciated 🥹.

Before you choose a room type, there are some things about the stay you might want to know:

This room type amplifies all sorts of sounds, including footsteps on the stairs, the sound of the entry card reader, showers next door, and even conversations from the neighboring room – some of which I could hear crystal clear…

Regarding hot showers, I recommend showering before midnight, as there's no hot water afterwards, and the water pressure becomes very low (the picture shows the water flow from the showerhead).

As for room cleaning, if you plan to sleep in late the next day or find it inconvenient to wake up early to let the cleaners in, you should definitely communicate this with the front desk in advance. I suspect the cleaning service is outsourced, so the guesthouse can't control when the cleaners arrive. They can only collect garbage bags from various rooms when they are on site. I've never encountered this situation before, so my mood at the time was a mix of complicated feelings, annoyance, and exhaustion 😪 (I had to deal with some things and didn't get to rest until 5 AM. In the morning, I was woken twice by people coming to clean the room while I was sleeping, and I had to force myself to get up to open the door… just for them to change the trash bags).

After check-out, the front desk can help store your luggage, which was a nice touch 👌.

In conclusion, the service attitude was good, and aside from some inconveniences with the facilities, it's a decent choice, depending on your budget.

I booked two rooms in total, one with a king bed and one with twin beds. The decoration is very unique and I am very satisfied with my stay. It is also very convenient to the scenic area. I will stay in this B&B again next time I come to Wuzhen

I have a very good impression of Wuzhen. It is my first time to Zhejiang and my favorability is directly maxed out! This hotel is also very close to Xizha, just two minutes walk from the door. The room is also clean and the bed is very comfortable. It's just that I forgot to take my facial cleanser when I left. I just opened it.

Advantages: good parking at the door, not very far from the scenic spot, there are also local local restaurants around to eat specialties.
The room is small overall, the toilet plug is bad, the room sound insulation is poor, there is no elevator. The first time I stayed in a hotel, I used a toothbrush of such poor quality. After brushing the toothbrush hair, it fell almost. The room showed four people staying, but there were two pairs of sandals and slippers. There is no hair dryer in the room, but the boss finally brought it up, and the wind speed is very small.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service!

This is an excellent hotel! The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. We arrived around 7:30 am after a long journey, feeling very tired. As soon as we explained our situation, she immediately allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to a superior one since no standard rooms were available. She also kindly helped carry our luggage to the room.

She added me on WeChat and provided very useful information whenever I asked — including restaurant locations, attraction tickets, transportation options, and more.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent — the night food street is right in front of the hotel, and the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park is only about a 5-minute walk away.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator.

If I visit Wulingyuan again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

A cute, affordable, and cozy place to stay with a good location, within walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The room was clean and equipped with essentials like clean bath towels, slippers, toothbrushes, and outlets with USB charging jacks. The hotel owners were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We  would love to stay there again.

The area are a bit run down, and the owner is a really kind lady but cannot speak english. A bit hard to find and between small lane. The room is not really 25m2 which is a bit small from what we expected. As we arrived in late October, the room is kind of cold without turning the ac on. Towels were changed and rubbish thrown out daily. Unlimited water bottles are provided by the owner. The lobby is not clean and messy, which can be improved but the owner is really kind, even try to help carry our heavy luggage upstairs. The laundry provided is a top load washing machine used by the hotel for their laundry and needs to be air dried, no drier. To get to the Tianmen Cableway is actually almost 20 minutes walk, 15 if you walk fast. Overall, you get what you paid for. I would suggest to spend a little bit more if you can and get a little bit of better hotel which are abundant near the area.

The boss is very enthusiastic and gave a detailed introduction to our itinerary. The room is clean and comfortable, and the price is very affordable. It is very close to the scenic spot. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the gate of Zhangjiajie scenic spot!

Extremely satisfied. Stepping into the main hall felt like entering a home. The owner, a young man, was very welcoming. He came to take us to parking as soon as he received our call—it was free! Then he helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Entering the room, we were immediately greeted with a warm and cozy feeling. It was clean, tidy, and spacious. He even gave us directions for our afternoon outings, showing us how to get there—very thoughtful. Actually, there's a bus stop not far away, and the city center is also very close; we just used navigation. Maybe it's because we're older, hahaha. When I got back from playing, I saw a cute little white dog in the courtyard. Since I keep a few rescued stray cats, I paid attention to it. Chatting with it, I learned that the dog was adopted by a couple named Million. His wife's student's parents wanted to abandon her because they didn't approve of her having a dog, so they took her home. They still use the name Million. They've taken excellent care of the dog's vaccinations and spaying/neutering. They also have a baby a few months old to raise. Honestly, these two young people have it so tough. I was really touched. With such kindness, love, and compassion, what can't they achieve? I wish the shop owner and his family health, happiness, and that they earn a lot more money than Million soon! ^_^
