The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to travel around and access nearby attractions. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and good overall service. The experience was smooth from check-in to check-out, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Hotel close to Al Rigga metro station, from the back door only 7minutes walk. A big supermarket next door, convenient if you need any supplies or food. Staff very friendly and polite. I requested a late checkout and was gladly accepted. Breakfast provided many varieties but meat options were limited. Only 2 stops from airport, great value for money. Room was classy, roomy and well maintained. Great value for money. One day we passed by the other Hyatt Place nearby, that area was dirtier.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. This hotel was opened in April 2018 but the upkeep of the rooms have been very poor. Stained and dusty carpets, etc. 

However the management staff was par excellence. They did their best to attend to all the issues raised. Ms Triveni went out her way to accommodate us.  Mr Nafras in the restaurant was also excellent.

Our flight to Dubai arrived in the early hours of the morning. After taking the metro to the hotel, it was around 6 AM. We asked the front desk if an early check-in was possible, but they said no rooms were available and asked us to come back around 11 AM. With nowhere else to go, we tried to catch some sleep in the lobby. To our surprise, around 7 AM, the front desk called us over and allowed us to check in early! This was the best moment of our Dubai trip. We were able to get into our room and rest for a good two hours, which ensured we had enough energy for our plans later that day.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. My favorite part was the breakfast – there was a great variety. The chocolate-flavored cereal with milk was absolutely delicious!

My first night at this hotel was great overall. I just didn't have time to swim, and I was so envious watching the Westerners leisurely sunbathing. The room had a sofa and a large bed. There's a bar right next to the hotel, but I never went in. The breakfast selection was decent, though I still prefer Chinese breakfast – a lot of it looked good but wasn't very practical for me. There were many Indian and Pakistani guests staying there. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service.

I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality.

Accommodation, regardless of the destination, is never just a place to lay your head. It's a sanctuary within your journey, filled with life and a sense of calm.  In a city hotel in a commercial district, you open the door to floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking neon lights. After work or a long day of sightseeing, a hot bath washes away the day's fatigue, letting you sink into the soft duvet.  In a guesthouse facing the street in an ancient town, opening the wooden window reveals the vibrant life of cobblestone streets. In the morning, you can smell jasmine drifting from the teahouse next door, and in the evening, you can sit in the courtyard, fanning yourself, watching clouds slowly drift past the horse-head walls. Even a campsite on the outskirts of the city, with just a tent and a moisture-proof mat, beneath a star-studded sky, with the gentle rustle of wind through the grass, can become a place where one can let down their guard. When we seek a bed in a strange place, what we're truly looking for is a temporary escape from the everyday, a small space to process our emotions, ensuring that every journey has a place to dock.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to the outlet mall.

The facilities are a bit dated. No smart features like whole-house sensors, smart toilets, or coffee machines – these could definitely use an upgrade. The air conditioning and heating weren't very effective. The gym is quite small, but there are coaches on rotation at the pool.

Service: Check-in was a bit slow; at one point there was no room, then no breakfast. Getting a late check-out felt like pulling teeth, requiring repeated communication. Eventually, we were upgraded to a higher floor. Check-out was quick.

Hygene: It was decent, but don't look too closely.

Environment: We parked on the wrong floor and had to drive around the building. There's construction nearby, so a lot of dust. The soundproofing is good; the corridors and lobby were relatively quiet. Big shout-out to the garage attendant for the effective guidance and directions.

Breakfast: It was standard, nothing special, but the value for money was acceptable. It would be even better if they could separate the dining areas for suites and regular rooms.

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay.

During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

This is my second stay at this hotel within a year, and each time has been an even more delightful upgrade and an incredibly valuable experience. Now part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the entire environment, facilities, and room details have all undergone meticulous upgrades. The robot service, smart room system, and cultural activities during holiday periods all create a memorable impression.

The hotel's dining service is also commendable. When a waiter overheard a guest expressing some thoughts on the food selection, they listened carefully to the feedback and then responded, ”I'm just a regular server, and while I can't immediately respond to or fulfill your request, I will report it to management at the first opportunity. That's our responsibility and duty, and we appreciate your comments and suggestions.” 

The hotel's landscaping is also stunning; I enjoyed a garden-like service during my stay. The Dripsource Lake Park is just across the street from the hotel, and the lake-view rooms offer a beautiful panorama of the lake through the window. If you stay on a Saturday night, you can even enjoy a fireworks show.

Came to Dishui Lake to watch the fireworks. The hotel is very close to the lake, just a few minutes' walk away, and happens to be in an area with a good view of the fireworks. However, during the New Year's Day peak season, Hyatt Place Building A and Building B are different hotels with different parking lots, and many people, including myself, went to the wrong one. With so many people queuing already, queuing in the wrong place wasted time, which was definitely a bit frustrating. The front desk's handling capacity was limited, but their attitude was still good, and housekeeping was quick to deliver items. For less than 500 during peak season, the value for money was quite good, and having a kitchen to cook in made it even more economical. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The staff are friendly and helpful, my booking was for a bathtub room, they assigned me a room with shower only, but they’re quick enough to help swap rooms.
The room is big and clean. 
The location is epic, center of Flushing. 
The breakfast is simple, but covers the basics.

This hotel exceeds my expectations 💯 it was renovated, the staffs were very nice specially the bartenders who works in the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The korean guy who helped me in the luggage was really nice as well. This hotel is just a less than 10 mins walk. They served good varieties of breakfast

We stayed here as a family of six. The location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff were all so good that we would like to stay here again. Although it is far from the city center, it was easy to get to the city center because there are three subway lines. Also, since it is close to the airport, it was easy to get to the airport on our last day. We can't complain that we had to pay $3 per bag to leave our luggage. Breakfast is just normal Western food.

Very good experience, the scenery outside the window is great, I can't get enough of it. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast is very rich in the United States. There is also service. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. And it is very convenient for traveling and eating. Recommended

hotel room is small (17 sqm), but practical. Included breakfast is a nice feature even though it is chaotic at times. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely a feature to mention. Room service a bit funky ... one day our soap (not even half used) was gone without replacement, one day only one shower towel, ... and one day a bottle of cleaning detergent was left in the room. The elevator logic would need some overhaul ... with 40+ floors and 4 elevators, it took sometimes up to 15min to catch an elevator (going down), and once inside and full it still stopped at every floor (some more clever logic - not the hotel's fault, but the elevator manufacturer's) announcing that it is full and people standing outside should wait for the next available one. 
Overall, even with the critical points mentioned, the expectations were met.
