My stay at this hotel was amazing. All the staff in the restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing.

I had a very nice experience here from check in to checkout. 
Stayed at 6th floor. I wanted a quiet room and I got it. 
I must say the location is great. Everything is in there around the hotel. 
Very well behaved staff. Everyone try to make some effort. 
This is my first hotel stay in Dubai that I didn’t find any negative thing. 

I don’t write long reviews but here I have to compliment every person there and the hotel rooms and amenities are amazing. 

Definitely its now My Hotel in every stay in Dubai ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

The staff of this hotel will give you a feel of home , very nice guys and girls , very friendly.

I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service.

I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality.

The room was clean and hygienic. The highlight was the long sofa with a small table and coffee table, which made for a very comfortable sitting and lounging experience. The downsides were the ill-placed water heater socket and the lack of stirrers for the instant coffee. I asked for some, and they only sent one. I felt bad for the robot, making a whole trip just for one stirrer.

This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place hotel, and it's perfect for both business and leisure. The location is superb, within walking distance of Nan Fung City, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk service was professional and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and quiet, allowing me to sleep wonderfully and wake up feeling refreshed. The room was clean and well-maintained, and my family was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. Being in a prime area of Shanghai, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

There was an exhibition nearby, and it was also a holiday. After comparing a few hotels, we ultimately chose this one. As expected from a Hyatt hotel, the environment here is truly excellent. Qingpu Outlets is conveniently located right next door, making it perfect for a post-dinner stroll and some shopping. The front desk staff provided excellent service; they immediately accommodated our request for a high-floor room with an open view. Lilian was especially nice, enthusiastic, and very patient. The room was spacious and bright, and I was pleased with the floor level. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh dishes. The hotel also offers self-service washing machines for 15 (RMB, assuming) per use, which is a very convenient and worthwhile amenity. Transportation is also very convenient; Jiasong Middle Road Metro Station on Line 17 offers quick and easy access to the city center. The bedding in the room was very comfortable.

The house is neat and tidy, with a stylish and simple design, equipped with a simple kitchen, very user-friendly, and convenient transportation. It is 5 minutes away from Metro Exit 1, and there are McDonald's, Vietnamese rice noodles, and Lawson nearby. The hotel service is thoughtful. Not only did they upgrade us to a lake view room, but they also immediately provided a satisfactory solution to a small problem with parking fees after we checked in! Such a hotel and such a price are very cost-effective!

This hotel is conveniently located near Dishui Lake, just under a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are well-equipped, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room type. It's a serviced apartment, so it comes with a fridge, washing machine, and cooking facilities. The hotel is also close to the subway and the Planetarium, making it highly recommended for anyone vacationing in Lingang.

Our stay had some challenges. The room had a noticeable amount of dust, which triggered allergies in some of my family members and made it difficult for them to sleep, leading us to leave a day early. I want to highlight that the Hispanic/Latino staff was very kind, although the rest of the team did not show the same level of attentiveness. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to improve cleanliness and the overall guest experience.

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York.  It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

This hotel exceeds my expectations 💯 it was renovated, the staffs were very nice specially the bartenders who works in the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The korean guy who helped me in the luggage was really nice as well. This hotel is just a less than 10 mins walk. They served good varieties of breakfast

Very good experience, the scenery outside the window is great, I can't get enough of it. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast is very rich in the United States. There is also service. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. And it is very convenient for traveling and eating. Recommended

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly
