The hotel was beautifulll, clean, and organized. It was has 2 beautiful rooms and a mini living room and mini kitchen with utilities and everything it was great. Will definitely book again especially vocationing with friends.

We had a great experience in Hyatt Hotel.
The room is comfortable & was cleaned everyday without exception. We have stayed for 5D4N, all days weee exceptional clean. The daily food varieties were different each day & the taste are all good.

First time in Dubai and we choose the Hyatt place at Wasl District. I had amazing experiences and gladly we choose the right hotel. The place was awesome and the staff all are nice and polite. The room was cozy and clean and smell good. The place was completely convenient which nearer on the airport , food restaurants,malls and city centre. The breakfast food was so good and delicious but only thing not much choices for meet but total all is exceptional. The hotel staff was so nice and cooperative especially when we early check in. Thanks for the receptionist staff Aljin for giving us a nice room view. And to Chelyn as well for a good service. An excellent service and exceptional experience i highly recommend this place and comeback again.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment and was given a room on the first floor, even though the hotel has 14 floors and I specifically requested a higher floor when booking. The room itself was spacious, but because it was so low down, the view outside was completely blocked. There was no hairdryer, no slippers, and the phone was out of order. As for the hotel breakfast, most of it was Indian curry dishes. I could only really manage to eat the bread, fruit, and pasta.

Great rooms, though the furniture is a bit dated, but that's compensated by how spacious the room is! ☺️ Daily cleaning, fresh towels, and replenishment of everything like water, etc. We really enjoyed everything. The staff was unobtrusive and responded promptly to our requests, thank you so much! We'd love to come back. 💖

Very expensive for the service they offer. The mattress was terrible! And the room was noisy even thought, I specifically asked for a non noisy and very clean room. The place is 15 -20 mins from Dubai mall. Far from the marina and Jumeira palm. I around the hotel a lot of stores and accommodation. Un hôtel appart qui est bien cher pour ce qu’il a a offrir. Propre mais le matelas était vieux et usé . J’ai eu très mal au dos. 
Je suppose que vous trouverez mieux sur Airbnb .

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay.

During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

Had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao! The location is superb, close to the outlets and Hongqiao transportation hub, making travel and shopping super convenient. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, with all the amenities you could need. The front desk staff, especially Lilian, provided warm and attentive service, and check-in was very efficient. The breakfast was plentiful, and the gym and pool were great. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

This hotel felt like it opened before it was even finished. First off, the floors and walls were covered in what looked like Bolton carpet (if it was genuine, that would be very luxurious), but the wall carpet was peeling, exposing the wooden baseboards. The carpet in the elevator made strange noises when you stepped on it. Secondly, the fabric sofas in the lobby and the second-floor restaurant were heavily stained – stains that were impossible to miss. Thirdly, the concrete wall leading from the second-floor elevator to the restaurant was heavily mottled, like a construction site wall.

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and items were spread out very haphazardly with no clear flow. Cereal was served in traditional Chinese ceramic soup bowls. For the two days we stayed, the breakfast was exactly the same.

On our floor, the carpet just outside the elevator had an odd, stuffy smell. The room size was decent, but the layout was strange. At night, getting out of bed to go to the toilet meant navigating past the TV area where there was a coffee table – if you weren't careful, you could easily trip. The bathroom light was either completely off or blindingly bright, very harsh on the eyes.

There's another Jiahsuan hotel across from this one, but it has a different name and owner. Including the Hyatt right by the lake, there are three Hyatt properties here, but the amenities are lacking, and it gets quite desolate at night.

There's a cafe by the lake, and apparently, a Coca-Cola exhibition hall is planned for the future. It's not too far to walk to Celebration Square, which is nice for a stroll.

The hotel is relatively close to the Planetarium, about a 15-minute walk.

Excellent! Both the facilities and services were top-notch. It's an apartment-style hotel, so it had everything you could possibly need in the room, including a washing machine. My child was here for a competition, and the breakfast was also very good.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day.

hotel room is small (17 sqm), but practical. Included breakfast is a nice feature even though it is chaotic at times. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely a feature to mention. Room service a bit funky ... one day our soap (not even half used) was gone without replacement, one day only one shower towel, ... and one day a bottle of cleaning detergent was left in the room. The elevator logic would need some overhaul ... with 40+ floors and 4 elevators, it took sometimes up to 15min to catch an elevator (going down), and once inside and full it still stopped at every floor (some more clever logic - not the hotel's fault, but the elevator manufacturer's) announcing that it is full and people standing outside should wait for the next available one. 
Overall, even with the critical points mentioned, the expectations were met.

Great location close to subway stations and in the middle of new development neighborhood and restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast offers only processed food with no vegetables. Buying some salads veggies from nearby Traders Joe worked for me. Not offering drinking water was a downside.
I was concerned with security because there were no security measures.

This is on par with a budget hotel. The staff's attitude was decent, and the place was clean. The breakfast area got a bit chaotic due to the crowd. The room was really small. For two adults and one child, I'd recommend booking two twin beds instead of a king bed plus a sofa bed. Once the sofa bed is pulled out, there's no room left for luggage.

The best quality/location/price hotel. 
Haven’t an opportunity to have breakfast, i love to sleep till almost midday, so have nothing to say. 
But the room was quiet, clean and spacious enough.
