Hotel close to Al Rigga metro station, from the back door only 7minutes walk. A big supermarket next door, convenient if you need any supplies or food. Staff very friendly and polite. I requested a late checkout and was gladly accepted. Breakfast provided many varieties but meat options were limited. Only 2 stops from airport, great value for money. Room was classy, roomy and well maintained. Great value for money. One day we passed by the other Hyatt Place nearby, that area was dirtier.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was decent and consistently cleaned every day. Overall service from the staff was good and everything ran as expected.

The only downside we experienced was an issue with hygiene, there were instances where some staff had noticeable body odor, which affected the overall experience.

Aside from that, everything else about the stay was satisfactory.

Our flight to Dubai arrived in the early hours of the morning. After taking the metro to the hotel, it was around 6 AM. We asked the front desk if an early check-in was possible, but they said no rooms were available and asked us to come back around 11 AM. With nowhere else to go, we tried to catch some sleep in the lobby. To our surprise, around 7 AM, the front desk called us over and allowed us to check in early! This was the best moment of our Dubai trip. We were able to get into our room and rest for a good two hours, which ensured we had enough energy for our plans later that day.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. My favorite part was the breakfast – there was a great variety. The chocolate-flavored cereal with milk was absolutely delicious!

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. This hotel was opened in April 2018 but the upkeep of the rooms have been very poor. Stained and dusty carpets, etc. 

However the management staff was par excellence. They did their best to attend to all the issues raised. Ms Triveni went out her way to accommodate us.  Mr Nafras in the restaurant was also excellent.

My first night at this hotel was great overall. I just didn't have time to swim, and I was so envious watching the Westerners leisurely sunbathing. The room had a sofa and a large bed. There's a bar right next to the hotel, but I never went in. The breakfast selection was decent, though I still prefer Chinese breakfast – a lot of it looked good but wasn't very practical for me. There were many Indian and Pakistani guests staying there. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service.

I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality.

This hotel is really close to Hongqiao Railway Station and the subway, just a 10-minute walk. There are malls and convenience stores nearby, too. Our room was great; the sofa bed opened up to be super spacious, easily fitting one person comfortably. The soundproofing was excellent, so we slept really well. Breakfast was also delicious. The next day, before heading out, I mentioned to the front desk that I needed extra water for medication and hoped they could provide another bottle. When we came back, to our surprise, the hotel had generously given us so many bottles of water, thoughtfully packed in sturdy paper bags. I was genuinely touched! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao! The location is superb, close to the outlets and Hongqiao transportation hub, making travel and shopping super convenient. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, with all the amenities you could need. The front desk staff, especially Lilian, provided warm and attentive service, and check-in was very efficient. The breakfast was plentiful, and the gym and pool were great. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommended!

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay.

During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

I came to Lingang alone to relax and chose the Dongman International Apartment. I really feel like I made the right choice!

**Transportation**: It's a 5-minute walk from Dishui Lake Metro Station and about a 10-minute walk to the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, which is very convenient.

**Environment**: The surroundings are quiet and tidy, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Dishui Lake. Watching the fireworks on Saturday night was absolutely fantastic.

**Service**: The staff were warm and friendly. They even upgraded me to a deluxe one-bedroom apartment, and I could see Dishui Lake from the balcony – it was stunning.

**Facilities**: It has a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and all sorts of equipment, which is very convenient.

**Hygiene**: Very clean.

Overall, it's great value for money. I'll definitely be back!

This is my second stay at this hotel within a year, and each time has been an even more delightful upgrade and an incredibly valuable experience. Now part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the entire environment, facilities, and room details have all undergone meticulous upgrades. The robot service, smart room system, and cultural activities during holiday periods all create a memorable impression.

The hotel's dining service is also commendable. When a waiter overheard a guest expressing some thoughts on the food selection, they listened carefully to the feedback and then responded, ”I'm just a regular server, and while I can't immediately respond to or fulfill your request, I will report it to management at the first opportunity. That's our responsibility and duty, and we appreciate your comments and suggestions.” 

The hotel's landscaping is also stunning; I enjoyed a garden-like service during my stay. The Dripsource Lake Park is just across the street from the hotel, and the lake-view rooms offer a beautiful panorama of the lake through the window. If you stay on a Saturday night, you can even enjoy a fireworks show.

It is our second time here and Hyatt Flushing always meet our expectation. Friendly staff, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely go back here whenever we will visit New York city. The only downside is it is far from city center but  subway is accessible.

This hotel exceeds my expectations 💯 it was renovated, the staffs were very nice specially the bartenders who works in the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The korean guy who helped me in the luggage was really nice as well. This hotel is just a less than 10 mins walk. They served good varieties of breakfast

Very good experience, the scenery outside the window is great, I can't get enough of it. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast is very rich in the United States. There is also service. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. And it is very convenient for traveling and eating. Recommended

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York.  It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly
