The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! You step right out into Times Square, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and impeccably clean. Plus, after 10 PM, there are two fantastic pizza places just two blocks away.

The location is good, very close to the free ferry, and there are Starbucks and other cafes nearby for breakfast. It is close to nearby attractions, and some small pizza shops nearby are also cheap. There are no homeless people around.

The hotel is very clean, but small. The well room faces the office building, and the Empire State Building can be seen from the top floor. The view is excellent, but it was outsourced by the hotel. The service attitude at the front desk is also very average, but although the hotel is small and well-equipped, there is a printer at the front desk. The location is excellent and relatively safe. Nothing strange happened during my 2 days stay 😂

As always, they always make you feel comfortable and homely. Special thanks to their manager Prativa, excellent service and great hospitality. 
Breakfast at their open Balcony with perfect Bengaluru breeze makes a refreshing day start.
Not to mention quality of the food, comfort room and location…always excellent! Highly suggested!

Everything perfect but was told breakfast only starts at 7.30am when check in. It would be great to have breakfast starts at 6am for business traveller that needs to leave early in anticipation of the heavy traffic.

The room is in a good location, located in the center of Chicago. The surrounding area is relatively safe and you can experience the city scenery of Chicago very well. It is also convenient to go to the surrounding attractions.
There is a McDonald's downstairs, which is also very convenient.
The sanitation environment of the room is very good, but the sound insulation feels a little poor.

This was my second time staying at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it was a pure coincidence for this second stay. The location and the room offered were a great deal at this price. The facilities were decent (not too old) and the space were sufficient. Both my stays at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile left me with very good impressions.
