I'd seen this hotel before but never had the chance to stay, so I finally got to experience it this time. The city view room had an absolutely stunning view, and with good weather, I could take tons of photos during the blue hour.

Liu Shujun at the front desk handled my check-in quickly and professionally, and her service attitude was excellent~

It was very quiet, with great soundproofing, so I could get a good night's sleep!

I chose to stay here for four nights because it's not far from the hospital. First, let's talk about the front desk staff. Their attitude was generally quite poor. On the first day, after checking in, I found some black stains on the bedsheets. I went to the front desk, and after watching the video, they said it wasn't a foreign object. When I asked to change rooms, the staff showed no apology, but they did eventually switch me to another room. I sincerely recommend training the staff or replacing the whole team.
The room was about 30 square meters. The TV had no internet access. The bathroom had a strange smell, and the exhaust fan was useless. The bedside outlets weren't wall-mounted; instead, there was a universal socket on one side. The room had no smart features at all. The shower stall was so small you couldn't even turn around, and the overhead shower head wobbled precariously once the water was turned on, feeling like it could fall off at any moment. However, the housekeeping auntie was very kind! The location is indeed quite convenient, very close to both the subway and bus stations.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Beijing South Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. Getting to attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square is quick and easy. What's more, Universal Beijing Resort is a direct subway ride away with no transfers needed, which is a huge plus for families traveling with children.

The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. It's generally quite healthy, and I felt very satisfied with my meals every day.

Ordering takeout is also super convenient; a robot delivers directly to your room door, which is both safe and hassle-free. I highly recommend the roast duck at the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it's delicious, and you don't have to go out and wait in line elsewhere. The laundry room is well-equipped with washers and dryers, making it very convenient for longer stays.

Finally, I want to specially commend the hotel staff. They are diligent, responsible, and incredibly enthusiastic. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very professional and always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

After staying here, I realized I liked this hotel more than just a little bit! Haha! The kids loved the little cats roaming around the hotel grounds, and my husband and I really appreciated the comfort and relaxation here. We strolled over to the wellness center, and the staff member, Li Shujuan, was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively showed us around and explained everything. 👍 The only slight regret was that it rained that evening 🌧, and the restaurant only offered a buffet, with no à la carte service available. 

We visited Jinhai Lake Bibo Island on this trip. The next day, when the weather cleared up, it was about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Bibo Island, and the scenery along the way was lovely. The hotel is next to the Beijing Jinhai Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center. Within a ten-minute walk from the hotel, there's a fish restaurant called Jinmaiyucun (Jinhai Lake Main Branch), which is great for fish.

Shuttle bus to and from Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex: Good. Butler Xiao Chen and Ya Li provided warm and enthusiastic service. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was excellent. The downstairs pool was spotless. Getting around was easy, and the electric carts were very convenient. Great value for money, with plenty of activities for children. Overall, excellent.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, I have to give it high praise! The room was exceptionally clean overall, with no dust on the floor or surfaces. The bathroom and vanity area were dry and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and tidy. Even the small details were handled meticulously, showing how much effort the housekeeping staff put in. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and all the facilities were complete and functional, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick. The overall service was thorough and personable. It offers great value for money, with a clean environment and reliable, responsible staff. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll choose to stay here again next time, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. It is very close to the Naval Ship Cultural Park where we will go the next day, and it takes 15 minutes to drive there.

I stayed at the hotel on October 4th. The beauty Xiao Meng received warm reception and the service was very good. The two children also sent the milk made by the hotel. The engineering manager Hu enthusiastically helped us send our luggage to the room. The room was very good, very clean, sent a fruit, and the cleaning aunt was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was very rich. After checking out, I sent two small local gifts. Manager Hu personally sent the luggage to the car. Thank you very much. I will have the opportunity to live.
