The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel environment is nice, but breakfast service is slow and the waiter's memory is a bit iffy. During our three-night stay, only the last breakfast did the waiter bring the correct drinks (after double-checking with us).
The room had a small balcony, which was nice, but it was a small attic room with an angled corner.

Spain's business trip, the whole process is very comfortable and flawless, except for a long flight, after staying at the Phoenix hotel, it is very relaxing and comfortable.

Confusing navigation, not enough elevators. The coffee machines broke down every day. The resort is huge, but there's almost nothing around it. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good and the pool was large.

Extending my stay again. It's so friendly and clean that I just keep wanting to stay. I have to travel far for work, but it's such a hassle to move, and I've grown quite fond of this place 😂 Ah, I really need to go to Lombok...
