The hotel's location is unbeatable. The airport shuttle is right across the street, and everything you need is just downstairs. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the unique bathroom with its minimalist and tidy design. It was a bit pricey, but my child loves Godzilla, so we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Given its prime location, you can't expect both spaciousness and a cheap price. The value for money is decent.

However, the room felt stuffy and relied solely on the air conditioning, which created a stale smell, as if it had been closed up for a long time. I had to keep the AC on low. I'm unsure about the cleanliness of the duvet; my legs were incredibly itchy for the first half of the night. It only got better after I turned the AC much lower in the latter half.

One of the pillows had a strong, hard-to-describe oily head smell. There was also a noticeable accumulation of dust in some corners.

The service throughout was genuinely cold. Despite my fluent Japanese, there wasn't a single smile, which is quite unusual for Japan. Perhaps working in Ginza is truly exhausting. They didn't mention the complimentary beer and coffee that was advertised on Ctrip. Ms. Akiko at the front desk, this kind of service really isn't acceptable in the hospitality industry. If you feel so wronged by your job, maybe you should find a different one.

This hotel was recommended to me by a colleague. It's very close to Senso-ji Temple, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also many izakayas and two or three large supermarkets nearby, one of which is open 24 hours, making daily grocery shopping very easy. Considering its location and price, the overall value for money is excellent.

I arrived at Haneda Airport on a 5 AM flight, and the Keikyu Line took me directly to Asakusa, so I was at the hotel by about 7 AM. Since I couldn't check in yet, I left my luggage at the front desk and then enjoyed a nice breakfast near the hotel. The whole arrival process was very smooth, making it an ideal first night's stop for tourists visiting Japan for the first time and who might not be familiar with the local area.

A special note: During my 5-day stay, I didn't encounter any front desk staff who could speak Chinese. The English spoken by the Japanese staff was also difficult for me to understand. My check-in was handled by a Filipino staff member, and I could understand her English a bit. Also, the QR code in the last picture is for registering as a hotel member, which allows for an hour earlier check-in.

The twin room was surprisingly spacious, even featuring a large sofa, which is quite rare for Tokyo. The bathroom was also a good size, unlike the cramped ones you often find in single rooms. However, upon closer inspection, there were some stains on the sofa, likely due to its age. Another minor issue was the lack of power outlets; surprisingly, in a twin room, only one bedside had an accessible plug.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's close to the subway station, not far from Tokyo Tower, and getting to Haneda Airport is a breeze – just a short walk to Mita Station and a direct train ride.

I'd like to commend the front desk service. Compared to other hotels I stayed at on this trip, the staff here were noticeably more welcoming and friendly.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are almost identical to those of WHG hotels in Japan. I particularly love the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the option to take a bath in a tub or use the Japanese-style sitting shower.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: There's not much of a street view, but it's incredibly close to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, just a two to three-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart directly opposite. For attractions, Huashan 1914 Creative Park is close by. The breakfast is exquisite, offering a variety of Japanese and ********* options, with fresh ingredients.
Service: The staff are very polite.

Not bad. It has a Japanese style, and the bathroom has a bathtub where you can sit and shower. Breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up, but definitely don't compare it to breakfast in China. It was quite clean, and the service was decent. They even provided eye masks in the room.
