Great Location and very convenient. 
Walking distance to train station 
Lots of eateries and shopping around the hotel
Room is consider spacious for Japan standard 
Toilet is split from bathing and it comes with bathtub.  

Toilet light is little dim  
hotel provide sleeping shoes, tooth brush and towels. 
Room is clean but it only clean the room every 3 days. And towel can be changed daily. 
No bell for the room
Staff speaks very good English and very helpful

Overall, it's pretty good. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open three suitcases comfortably. It's very clean, and they bring fresh pajamas daily. The amenities are comprehensive, including a fridge – though a microwave would have been a nice addition. Both check-in and check-out are semi-self-service, which is very efficient. Thumbs up! The biggest plus is definitely the location; it's super convenient for getting anywhere. It’s only a five to six-minute walk from Ginza Station, and the surrounding shopping area is fantastic for browsing. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby.

This hotel is incredibly close to the entrances of the Toei Asakusa Line and Ginza Line, and offers direct access to Haneda Airport. It's only about 200 meters from Senso-ji Temple, Kaminarimon, and Nakamise-dori. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the Tokyo Skytree across the Sumida River. The family room is perfect for a family of three; it's compact but the sink, toilet, and shower are all separate, and there's enough space. There's also a lounge on the first floor where you can enjoy tea and coffee. We stayed for four nights, and the kids had a blast!

We chose the Temachi area because of its proximity to the Yamanote line and that was useful, especially for trips out to the west and for access to the shinkansen when we moved on to Kyoto. We were aware that it is mostly a business hotel and the room would be quite small. It was a bit of a juggle with 2 cases but otherwise not too bad a size. Everything was clean  - just the carpets and furnishings were a little dated. The  bed was quite hard but overall we slept well. bathroom was good with nice shower gel & shampoo. A change of towels or full clean was available each day. The guest lounge area is very pleasant with free coffee from a machine and a vending machine for soft drinks & beers. There was also a microwave available to use. The laundry room had 2 washing machines & 2 driers. We did a full washing load which we then split across the 2 dryers - Everything washed and dried for 800 Yen. We did have a problem with the water pressure on the bathroom sink but it was dealt with after we reported it. We did have breakfast one morning and there was plenty of choice. It was mostly Japanese style but there were also Cereal, fruits and pastries. We would choose to stay in the hotel again.

I love the hotel offer of tub inclusive shower room, giving me the maximum comfort after a long day of touring through taipei! Even further, the hotel offers the bath salt for relaxation that reduces my muscle stress. Moreover, it offers a small baby chair for me to take shower with full convenience! This is 100% Amazing Grace!

This is a wonderful hotel that my husband and I absolutely loved! 

It’s in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Myeongdong Shopping Street and close to Seoul Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and on the ground floor of the hotel building, there’s a large Starbucks and a small convenience store. 

A minor downside for me is that there are really a lot of offices in the area, and from around 6 p.m. until late at night, almost all the cafes will be full, and you won’t find a free table. 

The hotel staff are friendly; they always greet you, smile, and are helpful. I had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good—mostly Asian-style, but there was familiar food for Europeans, too.

The rooms aren’t small. We had enough space to unpack two large suitcases. The toilet and bathroom are separate. My favorite part is the view from the window! It’s stunning!
