Location was okay.  Mini Mary’s and food around so that was okay.  Other than that, location wasn’t anything special.
Staff were friendly.  Breakfast was not too bad.
Cleanliness was average at best with the curtains being dusty enough you can see a line of dust across the entire curtain.
One of the clothes dryer was perpetually broken down.

The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; I was extremely satisfied, absolutely nothing to complain about! I asked for a boiled egg and the staff immediately prepared one fresh for me 😉👍👍👍. Plus, the room had plenty of free snacks and free drinks in the fridge… truly amazing! And free parking too 👍👍👍.

It's a great hotel. Room is big enough, clean well equipped. It offers real coffee and shower gel shampoo hand soap and complimentary cookies are all nice. On top of it, on the third floor there's a sauna/bathhouse, which is also kind of gorgeous, when I went there I had the whole place to myself. 

The only thing to mention is, that Linkou district is not exactly Taipei. For the ones who want to travel to Taipei city centre, the distance is definitely worth considering. But MRT station isn't far and the train ride takes about 30 minutes and bus about 1 hour. But yeah, it's far by all means.

Had a Very nice stay. Hotel is super clean and comfortable and staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is very conveniently located near the train station so it's easy to explore the surrounding towns. There is a huge bookstore next door which is fun for browsing and shopping. Many interesting eateries nearby especially southeast Asian cuisine. 2nd photo shows the street the hotel is on, while the 3rd photo shows the view from the room.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Quiet.
Service: Excellent breakfast service, recommend the prickly ash noodles and sweet potatoes.
They can also arrange a taxi for you.

Overall it's OK but~
After a day of sea breeze, my hair will be dry and it will be useless without conditioner. However, there is no conditioner in the hot spring or in the room. The shampoo in the room is labeled as a hair care shampoo, but it is not easy to use. My hair is dry and rough after washing.

Upon check in there are too many staff during our check in in front desk but no one dare to ask for assistance unless you are the one will initiate it, i have been in different hotels before but this kind of service in the front desk is common i just don’t want to address it’s too obvious, they need more training maybe., one guy is very well in speaking in english is the one can show up hospitality the other is i don’t know, the room is narrow but we still find way to make ourselves comfortable since we will be staying for just a night enough to rest. The breakfast is good the staff is very good we understand the language is a little bit complicated but we appreciated the effort to communicate we love them for that they are much more good having interaction with their guest unlike in front desk. The sauna is out of order during our stay so we didn’t feel it’s kinda value for money since most of the facilities is out of service.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent — near the MRT station and the famous Liuhe Night Market. It’s also close to places like the Love River and Pier-2, and just one station away from Formosa Boulevard.

The room was spacious, and the free coffee and snacks during the day were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples, families, or anyone exploring Kaohsiung.

Decent location, big room, but room service was.. really meh. There were only 3 food items and 1 non alcoholic drink on the menu — and room service ends at 9pm daily. 
Housekeeping only has one cleaning time per day. So if you decide to sleep in, your room wouldn’t be cleaned that day.
