A decent place to stay for a night or two between flights. Very close to the terminal. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast area was poorly planned, with the food laid out on a very high counter that was obviously meant to be a bar, but which meant children and shorter guests could not see let alone reach the food. At night, the reception is closed and guests need to walk to the adjoining hotel, Aloft, to check in or get support. The phones from the room are supposed to connect to the Aloft reception after hours, but at least one night they didn’t and we had to walk all the way down to the lobby then over to the adjoining hotel to request room service. Also, there was no exercise room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would especially like to commend the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, I was greeted with a smile everywhere I went and felt welcome at all times.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was also varied and of high quality. The entire atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and inviting.

You can tell that warmth and service are top priorities here. I will definitely be back :-)

I liked everything except the location. There is a road construction nearby and it is very inconvenient to get there, even taxi drivers cannot immediately find the entrance to the hotel. The staff is excellent, they upgraded the room category upon check-in to a suite, for which special thanks to the employee with the Russian name Anton. The choice for breakfast is not rich, but quite enough, only the coffee is not very good.

It's a new hotel with professional management. Check in, check out were fast. Room were clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, I really love the omelette and waffles station. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the north premium outlet.

My hotel room was great. It was very clean. We had a great time. The only problem I had is the parking I got charged twice. They did say they were gonna remove one of the payments, but I have yet to have it removed, but besides a parking, everything was great

We loved staying here! It was my first time in Austin, and the hotel is close to everything. You can drive or walk to different places. 

The beds were super comfortable! It was also cool to have a kitchenette inside the room, with glassware, a refrigerator, microwave, and utensils that are essential to us. Service is topnotch as well.

The only downside is that their walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor talking and watching TV. I suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, just in case!
