It wasn't as bad as some of the reviews suggested. As a hotel built in 2020, you have to accept that some of its facilities and layout might feel a bit dated. The soundproofing isn't perfect, but that often depends on the other guests' consideration. Overall, I'm very satisfied. For a HUAZHU Hotels Group property in this location and at this price point, it's excellent value for money. The breakfast was also very good. If you're wealthy, you might want to look elsewhere; there are hotels nearby that cost over a thousand a night. Those visiting Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum with a bigger budget should go for those.

In order to live there for the exam, the conditions are OK, generally, I was bitten by mosquitoes at night, I didn't find the electric mosquito coil liquid, and I found it when I turned on the light the next day. I was tortured by mosquitoes all night. The location of the hotel is good, a bit difficult to find, there are many institutions in a building to share the elevator, the facade of the road is black, I found it for a while 😂 In short, the price is close to the people.

I chose this hotel in order to go to Qixia Mountain in the morning to enjoy the maple leaves. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. The room is small but very clean. It only costs ten yuan to take a taxi to Qixia Mountain, which is very convenient.

📍 Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the intersection of Binshui West Road and Gongxi Road in Xiqing District, just a half-hour walk from University Town Station on Metro Line 3. Whether you want to visit the Tianjin Eye or Wudadao in the city, or explore nearby shopping malls or schools and soak up the youthful atmosphere, the subway is easily accessible, making travel incredibly convenient.
🛏️ Room: The decor is elegantly Scandinavian and stylish, creating a simple and cozy atmosphere from the moment you step inside, perfect for photos and Instagram. The bedding is incredibly comfortable and soft, just like your own bed at home, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, so you don't have to worry about a wet shower. The oversized dressing mirror is perfect for women, making it easy to apply makeup and maintain your appearance. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were relatively new, making it a very comfortable stay.
🍱 Amenities: There's a convenience store on the first floor, making it super convenient for buying water, snacks, and daily necessities. There's also a wide selection of takeout nearby, and the late-night barbecue is incredible. Plus, there are three milk tea shops within 200 meters, making afternoon tea a delight. For a stroll, the popular Zall Esports Arena is a 3-minute walk away. Its equipment is all top-of-the-line, making team-based gaming a blast. A 10-minute bike ride takes you to Shehuishan Shopping Center. The museum on the fourth floor is a fantastic place for photo opportunities. The 58-yuan ticket includes costume rentals, and the Zhang Ailing-themed scene is simply stunning.
💰 Value: Staying at such a great hotel for just over 100 yuan per person is a real bargain! It's a complete no-brainer for students. Weekend specials are often available, so be sure to book in advance through various platforms to get a great deal.
💁♀️ Service: The front desk staff is friendly and attentive, helping with any questions you may have. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they even offer free luggage storage, which was a really thoughtful touch.

Whether you're visiting Tianjin for tourism, business, or looking for a short-term stay for an internship, the Elan Hotel Xiqing University Town is an excellent choice. With its excellent value, great location, and comfortable environment, I highly recommend it!

The room is spacious and bright, there is free parking, but the vehicle is tight, the breakfast is a buffet, the variety is rich, the price is high, and the attitude of all the service staff is very good.

Convenient transportation, reasonable room layout, clean and odorless, sound insulation is good. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are efficient, the overall environment is quiet, suitable for short-term stays on business trips, and the experience is satisfactory.

The Mid-Autumn Festival holiday stay experience is great! The room space is particularly spacious, the furniture is reasonably arranged, the activities are not cramped at all, and the stay is very comfortable. The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel also prepared Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, one month cakes and a box of milk per person, and instantly felt the warmth and care of the festival. The overall service is also very thoughtful, check-in is efficient, and there is a timely demand response. This stay experience is full, I will choose here next time!

I left at 5:30 in the morning to catch a flight from Nanning to Changchun on a business trip. After arriving at the hotel, I met two gentle and attentive front desk girls who helped me check in quickly, arranged the room and booked breakfast for the next day. The room was clean and tidy, with a good view, no peculiar smell, and no electronic equipment that was inexplicably inoperable. The sound insulation effect with the next room was good. Unfortunately, at 7:30 the next morning, the residents upstairs mopped the floor and moved the tables and chairs and woke me up. When checking out, the front desk guy who changed shifts took the initiative to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately apologized and reminded me to take away the purified water. I may come on a business trip again soon, and I will still choose this hotel. The location is good and the price is affordable. I recommend it to everyone.
