Right next to the new stadium and mixed-use sports/retail complex. Ideal for concert-goers. A bit far from the city, but the offers a free shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station. Very clean with a luxurious interior design. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, my only note is that the in-room coffee wasn’t refilled during cleaning.

Dorsett Kwun Tong, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Kwun Tong's business district, boasts an excellent location close to the MTR station, making it highly convenient for business travelers. The guest rooms are modern and elegant, with some offering views of Victoria Harbour or the city. While the amenities are comprehensive, soundproofing in some rooms could be better. The hotel also features Shunde Kung Fish Village Flagship Store, serving authentic Shunde cuisine. Overall, the facilities cater well to both business and leisure needs.

I chose this hotel for my prenatal stay while getting ready for childbirth, and I ended up staying for over half a month. Overall, the experience was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shuttle bus service to Causeway Bay available at any time. Right outside the hotel, you can also catch a 'ding ding' tram, which made commuting very smooth right from the start.

The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially Leo Fung from the restaurant. He greeted guests with a smile every day, and there were several other kind staff members whose names I didn't catch.

The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options tasting great. The overall value for money was outstanding. Considering I was pregnant, they even upgraded me to a room with a racecourse view for three nights free of charge. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. On our first day, I bought a SIM card from 7-Eleven and struggled to set it up because it was in Chinese. One of the staff members, Jimmy Lee, kindly took the initiative to help me set it up — thank you so much, Jimmy!
My parents loved the atmosphere, and they especially enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast menu changed daily, offering a nice variety of choices.
All the staff — from reception and kitchen to housekeeping — were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper always ensured the room was clean and tidy.
On our last day, we had a late flight after checking out. The hotel team kept our luggage safe, and Wai Tse was extremely helpful with the check-out process. He also arranged a taxi for us and assisted us until we left.
I will definitely stay here again in the future, and I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends.

The area is great, that’s quiet and convenient. Stuff was very friendly! Really great hotel with that price, we enjoyed our stay there. Room was not as small as it could be, according to all opinions HK has, it’s really nice, the price was so good too! Wonderful stay, wonderful days there, thank you! Room was clean, but old ish. Also we had no insects in our room, fortunately. But it doesn’t matter for us, if u r okay with that, u should stay here! Highly recommend.

The hotel accomodate to my request for decoration perfectly! Thanks for that. The only complain i have, the parking is not free for hotel guest, it was on a flat rate of rm3.71. And the hotel lift was quite slow for a building that has so many floor, so you will end up waiting for a while everytime for the lift. Other than that, the room and toile was spacious. Bathtub was really big. However, wished there was a bathrobe, and for the slipper to be thicker..

The reception or front desk is very helpful. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to cafes and even a durian cafe at Lot10.
The room is a little dated. The bedsheets had stains on them and the bathroom amenities were not refilled. I used the shower cap the first day and it was not refilled the next day. 
Overall excellent value for money

It's at a really good location. TRX is just walkable distance from the hotel. There's a popular cafe nearby, many fancy restaurants can be found nearby as well. Glad that we found this place! :)

We stayed at Silka Maytower in Kuala Lumpur for four nights. The location is definitely a plus—it’s close to many tourist spots, which makes getting around convenient. The service was good, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the breakfast was just average. Also, the rooms don’t look quite like the photos in the promotions; the pictures make them appear much cleaner and more modern than they actually are.

Such a cozy and beautiful Hotel ! Good location & easy parking. The room was clean, comfortable and has all the amenities.. we felt like home. My daughter love the bath tub so much. Staff at the front desk are helpful and courteous during my check in process. Oh ya, to the staff named Fazila thank you so much for helping me when the room door could not be opened 🥰. Overall is ok..recommended to stay here!

Dorsett Residences is located right next to Dorsett Hotel, hence we share the same breakfast venue at Dorsett Hotel restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. There is no variety to the food and it honestly got a bit dreadful by the 3rd morning of our stay. The location of the apartment is good though, about 5-7min min walk away from Fahrenheit and Pavilion. The size of the apartment is just right for my family of 4. The staff will clean the room every day and I love it that there is a washer and dryer in the room for me to do laundry. However I was appalled that the bedsheets were not changed during the 4 nights I was there because the same black stains were visible on the bedsheets throughout. Apartment has a gym and swimming pool on the 30th floor that opens from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Me and my friend booked a hotel room last month. We got there around 11:40 at night and had to check out by 5:00 in the morning. When we arrived, the front desk suddenly told us there wouldn’t be any water from midnight to 5 AM due to some maintenance.

We quickly asked if they could arrange somewhere for us to shower separately. The staff reacted super fast and gave us an extra room right away. Later, he even said we could just stay in that room.

the front desk (a gentleman but I didn’t have time to see his name tag) was really sharp and helped us check in smoothly.

Location was right smack at the center with MRT lift conveniently located right next to it. However the room does not seems to be recently refurnished as advertised. 

Maybe what they meant was exterior as we do realised the exterior of room seems to just refurbished and they are also some ongoing construction ongoing with no notice to the occupants prior.
