The room was comfortable, slightly small compared to others but it ok for a few nights. Requested to be away from the lift and quiet room but funny enough they arranged my room right next to the lift and was noisy all night.

Updating on maintenance on the mini fridge area. TV is in good working order and has the typical channels, WiFi has good signal. 

The hotel doesn’t supply any disposable toothbrushes etc you will need to purchase them if you need. 

As previous reviews states that the location is not the best place but it does have a hotel shuttle that goes to and from Kwai Fong MTR every 30mins and they also have local bus stops outside that go directly to and from the airport. Also 10mins walk to Tai Wo Hau station MTR. 

They have a laundry room if you are planning to stay longer or if you needed something to be washed. And uses octopus card or contactless payment to work. 

I don’t know if the restaurant downstairs is part of the Dorsett but they really mess up with their prices on dim sum and will overcharge you if you don’t take a close look at the bill. If you are not local and are tourist they will try to take advantage, which ruined my experience on my stay. Please be aware, better to eat elsewhere or like other guests order takeout!

Overall it was an ok stay for a few nights and the hotel staff was friendly compared to others.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the MTR station, which is acceptable. First of all, the front desk service was excellent. After checking in, I needed to borrow a phone charger, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help me, trying twice to find a suitable one. Then, the room was incredibly good value for money. Because I arrived quite late with my child, the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. It's my first time staying in such a spacious room in Hong Kong for only a few hundred dollars. Plus, they honored my request from the booking platform to be away from the elevators and on a higher, quieter floor. The room had a living area and a bedroom. The living area had a sofa bed and another bed, while the bedroom had two beds. There were TVs in both areas, a humidifier, an air purifier, and even a vanity table. The bathroom even had disinfectant. The only minor drawback was that the shower partition next to the bed was clear glass. Although there was a curtain, you could still see through it. However, it wasn't a major issue since there's a door separating the bedroom from the living area.

Hotel was in a fantastic location, right next to the Happy Valley Racecourse. I was unaware though that half the hotel (typically the cheapest rooms) overlooked a huge cemetery, which was very eery..! The hotel was able to change rooms for me to a ”Course View” room, but I had to pay an extra fee.
Hotel facilities were okay and room was comfy. Some of the furniture is slightly outdated and the walls are quite thin. I did really like the huge wardrobe/storage available in the room. When issues did arise (e.g. aircon not working), it was fixed immediately. 
The wifi never worked for me, only in the hotel lobby, so would recommend getting a HK Sim Card to get internet. 

Regarding transport links, these were great: the hotel is a short walk away from a Tram stop (1 minute) which gets you into Central very easily; and Taxis (use uber) are easy to hail. There is also a hotel shuttle bus on offer too.

The hotel was very clean and new, exactly my type. It's conveniently located near a sports park, a shopping mall, and the MTR station. The staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The shuttle bus driver was also very polite, greeting guests when they got on and off. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

I booked this hotel because it advertised laundry service, but it turns out they charge an extra 40 yuan per wash... why wasn't this clearly stated on the details page? The hotel itself is decent; I was mentally prepared for small rooms since it's in Hong Kong, and honestly, it wasn't as bad as I expected. I booked a double room, but when I arrived, they told me only triple rooms with two separate beds were left. The third bed was right next to the window, which looked quite precarious and was a bit noisy. One thing to note: the air conditioning is incredibly powerful, really cold. If you're staying in the summer, remember to adjust the temperature...

I wanted to cancel my reservation due to personal reasons, but the hotel wouldn't allow it, not even if I offered to pay half. Oh well. This hotel simply can't compare to their sister property next door.

The room was a bit bigger, but it's clearly a step down in quality. Plus, breakfast was just a boxed meal.

The location, however, is pretty good; there's a tram stop right outside.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby places. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and hassle-free stay.

The staff was amazing. They helped us find our way around the city and booking our bus tour. 

The only problem is sometimes you can find stains on your sheets. It showed that it was clean BUT it just felt uncomfortable because of the hotel positioning.

The hotel's location is right in the city center, about a 10-minute walk to the metro station. There's a large shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. The room facilities are neat and clean, with slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, and a fridge – excellent value for money. My flight arrived early, so I was able to check in my luggage before the official check-in time and return after lunch. The front desk service was excellent.

The hotel might be a bit older, with some irreversible signs of wear, but you can tell the cleaning is thorough. It's right next to the metro station, offering direct access to Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street, making it super convenient for getting around the city. It's also very close to UCSI, about a kilometer away, which you can reach by bus or on foot. The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese but they're fluent in English; if you don't speak English, they'll use a translation app to help with check-in. You can also store your luggage there.

It's a good hotel, combined with apartments, so you will see some rooms are not under hotel management. Cleanliness is OK, not too clean, not too dirty. Rooms look outdated. TV is broken as per picture. Location is good for shopping near Ariani, Jakel Mall, Jalan TAR and Sogo. Car park charge per entry, RM6.60 per entry, quite limited if you arrive late at midnight. Room small, but not too small, still can put TOTO on the floor and sleep 2 more person. Overall OK.

This Apartment type is really great place to stay for family. Although we don't use the kitchenette, it's a great thing to have, and also washer-dryer machine.
Spacious place, great views all around, close to every malls, walking distance to the Lot 10 and Pavillion and also to Berjaya Mall.

Great customer service and staffs.

The hotel rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. There's also a pool and a gym. Within 100 meters of the hotel, there's a large shopping mall and a huge supermarket, both offering great quality food and shopping in a good environment, making it incredibly convenient for retail therapy. The hotel is also very close to Changi Airport, just one subway stop away, so transfers are a breeze. Don't miss the spectacular waterfall music show that takes place daily at 10 AM in the airport terminal – it's truly beautiful and worth seeing.

Pros: The hygiene and environment are excellent. It's conveniently located right next to Outram Park MRT station, a major interchange, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The orange juice vending machine on the first floor is a great deal, providing juice from four oranges for just 10 RMB. The pool is small but offers a nice view.
Cons: This might be a common issue with hotels in Singapore, but check-in takes an extremely long time. Also, there are extra charges for things like an additional blanket. The windows are sealed.
