This was the most satisfying hotel among all the places I stayed in across four cities in three Eastern European countries. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with standard amenities for a star-rated hotel, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also quite good; it's roughly a 20-minute walk to the main city center, and Belvedere Palace is just 6-8 minutes away on foot. I found the cleanliness, service, and overall environment to be excellent, and it offers outstanding value for money. However, if you prefer not to walk as much, you might consider staying closer to the city center. Highly recommended.

Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn Wien was absolutely gorgeous. The ambience was warm and inviting, and its location—right in front of Schönbrunn Palace—made it a wonderful choice for those visiting the palace. There were plenty of nearby shops and cafes, which added to the convenience.  

However, if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the main city, transportation is something to consider. You’d either need to take a taxi (about 15–20 minutes) or a tram (around 45 minutes). So, while this hotel is perfect for a Schönbrunn-focused stay, it might not be the most convenient base for exploring the entire city.  

The staff were friendly, but one issue stood out—housekeeping. On our morning of departure, cleaning staff knocked on our door around 10–11 AM, seemingly checking when we would be leaving. Since checkout was at 12 noon, it felt like they were unnecessarily rushing us, which was a bit frustrating.  

Another concern arose after checkout. We left our luggage near the baggage room at reception to explore more, and upon returning, the staff couldn’t locate our bags—even though we had the receipt given by the staff when we dropped them off. Instead, we were asked to search through the luggage ourselves in a room full of other guests’ belongings. This didn’t feel very secure, as it seemed possible for someone to mistakenly—or even intentionally—take another person’s bags. Better monitoring or improved staff training in this area would certainly enhance the experience.  

Despite these issues, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were welcoming overall. With a few improvements in housekeeping procedures and baggage storage security, this could be an even better place to stay.

I  booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”.
Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy.
All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries.
Poor pillows, bad matrasses. 
To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

Had a really great stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location is convenient, easy to get around the city, and the staff were professional and friendly. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Vienna.

Hotel Location: The hotel is situated on a side street off the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Vienna's city center, right in the small square with the fountain (as pictured). It's within walking distance of many attractions, for example, St. Stephen's Cathedral is only about a five-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro station isn't far from the hotel.

Hotel Room: The room was incredibly spacious and expansive. We arrived at the hotel early, and the front desk was very accommodating, allowing us to check in right away after confirming that a room was available.

The castle on the mountain has a great view, suitable for driving, free parking, the room is a bit old, but the view on the top of the mountain is better, the feeling of the old castle! The breakfast is rich and generally satisfactory!

The room was quite clean, and parking was free. Overall, it was good. The only downside was that there was no in-room phone to call the front desk. I had to use my personal mobile phone to dial a specific number to reach them, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is clean and neat. We had a quiet room with windows facing the yard. It is really quiet, no noise at all in the night. It is several minutes away from the Ubahn station, good connection.

Living a week in this hotel, I liked everything. The photo is true. The sauna and fitness room were in value, there always was clean. 
The room was quiet, the air conditioner worked. There is a great restaurant in the hotel, the interior is great. 
Also, it should be noted that in our vacation there were rains and at the registration hall we were given two comfortable umbrellas. 
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

I like it very much here. It's close to the train station and has many Chinese restaurants in the walking distance. Reception girl is very sweet and pretty. My room is large and homes good condition facilities. I like the breakfast dinner best on the 15th floor.

The service was just okay, a bit arrogant actually. It's very close to Nordkette, so the cable car is convenient. You can see the Alps directly from the room. The snow-capped mountains are beautiful. From the top of the mountain, you get a panoramic view of Innsbruck.
