Excellent location! You can reach it directly from the airport via the S7 line in under half an hour. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The room was spacious, well soundproofed, and very quiet at night. The hotel is right next to the University of Vienna Botanical Garden, very close to the Belvedere Palace, and there's a DM supermarket conveniently located nearby.

I  booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”.
Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy.
All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries.
Poor pillows, bad matrasses. 
To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

1. Close to the MRT station. 
2. Spacious indoor area with reasonable prices. 
3. For stroller needs, you can push it down the ramp, pass through the courtyard on the left, and reach the hotel interior without carrying the stroller up stairs.

Hotel Location: The hotel is situated on a side street off the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Vienna's city center, right in the small square with the fountain (as pictured). It's within walking distance of many attractions, for example, St. Stephen's Cathedral is only about a five-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro station isn't far from the hotel.

Hotel Room: The room was incredibly spacious and expansive. We arrived at the hotel early, and the front desk was very accommodating, allowing us to check in right away after confirming that a room was available.

Had a really great stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location is convenient, easy to get around the city, and the staff were professional and friendly. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Vienna.

The hotel is located in the suburbs, a little ways from the center of Vienna. The view from the hotel room is amazing, with a panoramic view of Vienna. The cafe restaurant on the first floor also offers a great view of Vienna. However, for those without a car, the location in a residential area with no shops nearby means that you have no choice but to eat at the hotel restaurant, which is a drawback.

The room was quite clean, and parking was free. Overall, it was good. The only downside was that there was no in-room phone to call the front desk. I had to use my personal mobile phone to dial a specific number to reach them, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is clean and neat. We had a quiet room with windows facing the yard. It is really quiet, no noise at all in the night. It is several minutes away from the Ubahn station, good connection.

Hygiene: Clean.
Facilities: The room is relatively new and the decoration is OK.
Service: The front desk is friendly, check-in, check-out and luggage storage are all smooth.
Environment: Very close to Schönbrunn Palace, very convenient to walk to. There are some restaurants and small shops downstairs and nearby, but they are basically closed on Sundays, so you need to plan your Sunday arrangements in advance.

It is a little far from the subway station, so it is not particularly convenient to carry a suitcase, but it is acceptable considering the price and the proximity to Schönbrunn Palace.

The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

I like it very much here. It's close to the train station and has many Chinese restaurants in the walking distance. Reception girl is very sweet and pretty. My room is large and homes good condition facilities. I like the breakfast dinner best on the 15th floor.

Great location, spacious rooms, and within walking distance to the Old Town. The view from the window is beautiful. There's also a large supermarket right next to the hotel that sells hot food.
