The hotel is quite large, and so are the rooms. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Belvedere Palace and not far from the Musikverein (Golden Hall) and other attractions. However, the facilities felt a bit dated, and the TV was extremely small.

On our first day, we were assigned a room with an inward-facing window and a strange smell. We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked that day. Fortunately, the front desk managed to switch us to a street-facing room the next day. However, the window on the second floor had a protective grate installed, making it impossible to see anything clearly.

The 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel was a bit disappointing.

Underground parking costs 18 Euros for 24 hours. We heard that street parking outside the hotel is free after 10 PM on Fridays, but we didn't dare to try it.

Air conditioning was nonexistent....room was like a sauna @ night time 
No dinner offered in hotel.... would have liked the option to eat in @ least once

Beautiful hotel, tasteful interiors, spacious rooms with balcony, very clean, superb personnel and great location in front of Schönbrunn Castle gardens and close to U4 line to the City Centre (about 15min by subway to reach Karlsplatz/Opera/Ringstr).
With my highest recommendations.

Had a really great stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Location is convenient, easy to get around the city, and the staff were professional and friendly. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Vienna.

Hotel Location: The hotel is situated on a side street off the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Vienna's city center, right in the small square with the fountain (as pictured). It's within walking distance of many attractions, for example, St. Stephen's Cathedral is only about a five-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the metro station isn't far from the hotel.

Hotel Room: The room was incredibly spacious and expansive. We arrived at the hotel early, and the front desk was very accommodating, allowing us to check in right away after confirming that a room was available.

The Hotel is located on the hill and the entire city can be seen from it - very beautiful. The Hotel has a style and really feels like living in a castle. The parking is free and there is plenty of space. The but station is right at the Hotel and it takes 30-60min to get to city center. Our room had a 2nd floor, the wooden stairs  unfortunately creaked a lot, so one needs to move slowly at night not to wake up the kids. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is also good, and staff is very friendly. Overall I recommend the Hotel.

The hotel is clean and neat. We had a quiet room with windows facing the yard. It is really quiet, no noise at all in the night. It is several minutes away from the Ubahn station, good connection.

The room was quite clean, and parking was free. Overall, it was good. The only downside was that there was no in-room phone to call the front desk. I had to use my personal mobile phone to dial a specific number to reach them, which was a bit inconvenient.

Hygiene: Clean.
Facilities: The room is relatively new and the decoration is OK.
Service: The front desk is friendly, check-in, check-out and luggage storage are all smooth.
Environment: Very close to Schönbrunn Palace, very convenient to walk to. There are some restaurants and small shops downstairs and nearby, but they are basically closed on Sundays, so you need to plan your Sunday arrangements in advance.

It is a little far from the subway station, so it is not particularly convenient to carry a suitcase, but it is acceptable considering the price and the proximity to Schönbrunn Palace.

The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

I like it very much here. It's close to the train station and has many Chinese restaurants in the walking distance. Reception girl is very sweet and pretty. My room is large and homes good condition facilities. I like the breakfast dinner best on the 15th floor.

Love this hotel. Perfect location to prime attractions and well connected by buses to everywhere. Bus 540 goes straight to Kletterzentrum and to haupbahnhof in other direction. Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed
