Positive overall with advisory;
I was traveling with my son and thought to sleep close to JFk for next early morning flight. Big two factors were 1st free parking, 2nd free breakfast.
Well, breakfast is NOT early enough, starts 7:30 am, second there is NOT enough parking for all guests.
So we had to street park and check out before the 7:00 am threshold by the city of NY.
Overall worked well, the hotel is clean, staff is professional, and we were offered free upgrade too.
I would consider staying there again and do recommend, with the parking and breakfast limitations in mind.

Great location of the hotel permits you to travel bt subway to Manhattan easily. Clean hotel allows you to stay comfortably. Close to Chinatown in Brooklyn, which is situated in the 8th Avenue in Brooklyn. Subway station is around the corner, subway station is 8th Avenue in Brooklyn. Lots of Asian restaurants in the vicinity and a Popeyes around the corner as well. Only 30 minutes by subway from Manhattan. In the same street as the hotel you will find many tasty and affordable Asian restaurants. There's also a bowling place and a pool table located in the same street as Insignia Hotel Brooklyn. We stayed a week here and had a room with two queen beds. We had street view of the street and a spacious bathroom. The air-conditioning is well functioning and cold. There's a nice and simple breakfast every day from 7 - 9 am downstairs in the lobby. There's always tea, coffee hot water available downstairs.

I stayed at this hotel because it was an early flight in the morning.
If you really just sleep, there's no problem.
However, I think it is better not to go out in the middle of the night because the security around is not very good.
I headed to the station because I had to take the train before the sun rose, but I recommend ignoring it because I was relentlessly talked to the black driver of the illegal taxi.

I went over to eat breakfast full of joy, and there was only one apple and nut pie left. Is this also called breakfast? Fortunately, the juice and coffee were not consumed by other guests. The hotel room is very small. In order to catch the plane, I have no choice but to let it go!

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the environment was really good. The only downside was that the room was a bit small.

My husband and I were together for the winter holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We can’t say enough the host or hospitable the premises were nicely appointed. It was located close to a beautiful botanical gardens as well as a beautiful college campus as well as stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone who would stay in the area to stay at this place. Be aware that it is not a hot breakfast.

The location was really convenient, close to restaurants and the mall, and only 20min away from the Old Quebec.

The room was very clean and smelling really good 🫶🏻

It was the best and cleanest hotel I stayed in while traveling in Quebec.
All of the staff were friendly.

I'm quite sensitive to cleanliness... I think I'll probably book this place next time I travel to Quebec.
It's a bit far from Old Quebec, but it's only a 30-minute walk while listening to music, and taxi fares are cheap, so it doesn't seem like a burden.
