Stayed here during a layover in Dubai. It's walkable from Terminal 1, but it's a bit of a trek. The hotel was quite cheap due to the unstable environment, and dinner was really good. The front desk can also arrange a taxi to the airport, which is convenient.

I like the facility the most, especially play area on the lobby. There are sitting area for reading time, also billiards and snooker for activity time. I have spent good time by playing billiards in the evening and early morning.The room is clean, well organised and renovated. I had a good sleep with comfortable bedsheet. The balcony view is gorgeous with Burj AI Arab opposite, enjoying a fantastic sunrise in the morning makes my day even special.

Getting to the city center and surrounding areas is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and they support multi-currency payments. The front desk can also help arrange taxis, making travel efficient. The blackout curtains in the room are extra thick, perfect for blocking out morning light and helping with jet lag. They offer 24-hour room service, so you can get hot food even in the early hours.

The strongest point of Aloft Dubai Creek is that it is found in a mall.
Location is a plus point and a minus. Plus for people who wish to have a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Minus, because it is a bit of a drive from the main attractions, like Marina area, Burj Khalifa, Gold souk, etc.
Service was good, but could be better. I think the staff should be equipped with some basic information to help tourist navigate, eg, when I queried about which days were public holidays over the New Year period, not one staff was able to give a clear answer.
Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. A special shout out to Mohsin and Adrian, who, on top of being quite hospitable,, after couple of days, learnt how I took my coffee and made it without fail. 
I was a bit disappointed though with packed breakfast provided. We needed to check out early and requested for a packed breakfast. We asked if egg or any other simple sandwiches could be provided, since the packed breakfast come with pastries, fruits and water (we didn't receive the latter), but unfortunately they were not included. Pastries are not healthy breakfast option, maybe the hotel can look into how they can improve that or provide some mix options to choose from.
Our overall experience was good and we would recommend and consider Aloft Dubai Creek.

Excellent! The hotel environment is beautiful and quiet, the room is clean and hygienic, facilities are new and complete, and the bedding is comfortable – I slept very well. The front desk and service staff are warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided travel advice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is convenient, making it very easy to get to and from the airport. This stay exceeded my expectations; I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Overall, it's pretty decent. Most of the guests are Chinese and Indian. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. Without a rental car, getting anywhere would be very inconvenient. Plus, apart from a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby.

The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, the street view was nice, the location was quite bustling, and the air conditioning worked very well, although it was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Hotel had issues with their card reader so was unable to get room key.  Had to be escorted each time to my room.  Long wait due to only having one employee at the lobby desk. Room was clean. Towels were old and felt like sandpaper on your skin. Shower floor was not sloped correctly so there was a big water puddle overflowing onto the bathroom floor.

My daughter and I shared a room with double beds, the room was very spacious with everything you need (iron, ironing board, blow dryer, full bottles of shampoo - conditioner - body wash, etc.). Close to NYC, just across the bridge, Uber and taxis right outside the door. Front desk staff so helpful, friendly and professional. Very safe.

Great price value with a convenient location. A lot of spots fall within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and the rooms are clean, acceptable room size, standard amenities, and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York.

The hotel is in a good environment, off the Wall Street, there is a subway station on the side. American hotels basically do not have a hot water bottle. Many people recommend multi-day travel with an electric kettle to boil water (of course, the conversion plug is necessary). The hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers and needs to bring your own. Other hangers are available, the hotel is equipped with an iron, ironing is convenient

It's really close to the airport, so it was convenient for transit! The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
However, it's a bit far to Manhattan, so even using Uber is quite expensive, which may be a problem if you're traveling alone! It was good that I could get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes by metro!
The cleanliness was on par with Japanese hotels, so I'd like to use it again.

The hotel is clean and new. I like the design of the room. It looks modern. The location is good.  It’s close to the highway so you can hear lots of noise at night. Overall it’s great value for the price.

Attempted to check in after we received the room ready alert via app but the front desk acted like they didn't have any rooms ready before 3pm though we eventually got in.  The hotel itself it brand new, very nice, and very clean.  Hotel looks to be in an area that is being built up with newer hotels.  Later that night came back from dinner to find the front desk sitting in the lobby eating dinner, didn't look very professional and felt like you'd be bothering him to ask anything.    I called down later that night to ask about the airport shuttle.  Whoever answered was not very informative at all.  Just said we have one, it runs 24 hours.  I then had to ask well how often, do we just show up? All we were told was it runs every 30 minutes.  Okay perfect, get downstairs for the 3:30a shuttle and we are told ”oh you had to sign up for this last night, the shuttle drive just left for his 30 minute break.” Why didn't we get told this when I called the desk the night before? We moved from a downtown hotel to the airport to be able to get shuttled.  We ended up having to order an Uber.  They offered to try calling sister hotels but there was no guarantee.      I would probably try this hotel again but there are definitely some improvements that need to be made.

I enjoyed staying here. This hotel is very trendy and great for any couples or friend trips as they have a really funky bar right in the lobby, a great snack bar with lots of choices & this is one of the most dog friendly hotels I’ve ever been too in my life! (They even have treats for the fur babies upon arrival) The costumer service was good, front desk is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I wish they had to offer was a movie list to rent new movies!







I loved the stay in the hotel. I loved our room, I told my husband if I could get an apartment just like the set up of our room I would be content. The front service people were amazing and sweet. Very communicative and welcoming. They provide free fruit, coffee, and water. We drive an electric car that’s not a Tesla and the red Parking lot that is also where Aloft guest park, provides charging which was an awesome plus. They also had a pool table that my father and husband enjoyed very much. Great location of course, can walk anywhere. Overall would stay here again.

The scenery is very good, and the corner windows are very satisfying, especially at night when the lights outside the windows are very impressive. The room is clean and tidy, a little small, but the view is good, these are not important
