"We spent a pleasant weekend pampered right from the moment we arrived in our room where we found an unexpected gift, a bottle of wine that we could taste while admiring the beautiful view we could see from our room. We then went to the SPA, very beautiful, divided into three floors, the girl who explained the route to us was very professional, kind and nice. At 5.30pm we took a tour of the cellar accompanied by Matteo Ascheri, who was very good, very knowledgeable and very nice, even if his mother Cristina still gives him a hard time ;-) and finally in the evening we had dinner in their restaurant, which was very nice and familiar. What can I say? I highly recommend a weekend in this facility to everyone. We took the package including accommodation-spa-dinner. The cellar is obviously separate but it is absolutely worth it. "After two weeks of the Festival, including preparation, my partner and I felt the need to "switch off". Convenient from Sanremo, the lower Piedmont was the most suitable option and the Hotel dell'Agenzia was our choice which fully satisfied us. Let's start with the rooms, very spacious and generously sized, furnished as befits a similar structure that harks back to Savoy glory. The cleanliness of the entire structure, bedroom, bathroom, common areas, is commendable. In the package reserved for us, exclusive use of the Spa and a dinner which we found exquisite in quality and quantity. Excellent wine list, excellent service. Breakfasts in line with what has already been stated, quality dominates. Last but not least, a special mention for the attentive, very kind and never intrusive staff. I plan to return with other friends, sure of making an excellent choice."

"During our second stay in this hotel we noticed a clear deterioration in its operation. Rust in the shower, empty tissue box, same for the minibar... all this in a superior room. The breakfast is not better: missing product not renewed, poor quality, sad and cold room. We had experienced much better if the fall continues we will have to change hotels!"

"Barolo is one of the most beautiful wine regions in the World and the views from the Hotel Barolo are a great introduction to what the region has to offer. The Reception staff were most welcoming and although our room was in another section of the hotel it was easy to access. Our room was not large, but it had all the facilities, a nice large bed and a stand-up shower. It was very adequate. Importantly, the Hotel Barolo is ideally located if visiting the wineries in the region is your aim. The breakfast room offers good choices and the Brezza Restaurant in the Hotel is highly recommended."
