"We stayed one night through a SmartBox which included an overnight stay and a visit to the cellar. (A big applause because we didn't have any kind of problem during the booking process) Clean, welcoming and quiet room. We were gifted with a bottle of Barbara produced by them. Both Italian and international breakfast. Visit to the splendid cellar, we were guided by the very nice and knowledgeable Giuseppe who made us taste the wines of the Ascheri cellar, our grandmother also stopped by to say hello. A great Italian family excellence."

"After two weeks of the Festival, including preparation, my partner and I felt the need to "switch off". Convenient from Sanremo, the lower Piedmont was the most suitable option and the Hotel dell'Agenzia was our choice which fully satisfied us. Let's start with the rooms, very spacious and generously sized, furnished as befits a similar structure that harks back to Savoy glory. The cleanliness of the entire structure, bedroom, bathroom, common areas, is commendable. In the package reserved for us, exclusive use of the Spa and a dinner which we found exquisite in quality and quantity. Excellent wine list, excellent service. Breakfasts in line with what has already been stated, quality dominates. Last but not least, a special mention for the attentive, very kind and never intrusive staff. I plan to return with other friends, sure of making an excellent choice."

"Nice hotel but in the nights is like a tavern, many drunk people at lobby even Monday, my girlfriend went outside with our dogs at evening, already dark, and a lot of drunk man was harassing her and following her outside, she called me because was really scared, they continued telling her inappropriate things even with me there, after 5 floor was really noise, I could not sleep properly! no one care, no staff to control this situation at nights, terrible experience!! "

"Arborina relais is located in the most beautiful surroundings with vineyards. Nice views everywhere you look. We stayed at a junior suite for four nights, very clean and the interior decoration is lovely. Breakfast is super good. We dined several times at the lab bistrot. Very delicious food! The staff is very helpful and friendly . The place is very quiet. Go there for luxury in beautiful surroundings with delicious food just a few steps away."

"It is a boutique hotel where staff seems to be happy. Room was very comfortable, view of the hills/vinyard was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel booked us on a truffle hunting led by local tartuffaio Bruno, a very pleasant experience."
