"Our holiday plans there were truly disappointing. Booking was difficult, and when we finally got a room, the service was terrible. We got stuck in the elevator on our way to see the rooftop on the 8th floor for quite a while. We pressed the bell and spoke, and tried calling and WhatsApping, but there was no response at all. My son was so scared he turned pale because he has a phobia of heights. I hope this doesn't happen again, and that customer safety is prioritized, or at the very least, guests are reassured when incidents occur."
