"This resort is not alone, it is a two-story townhouse, located in the bay, with its own beach. The room faces the beach, and you can see the beautiful scenery and the sunset when you sit in the house. It is very good."

"The room was clean and suitable for two people. The only issue with the room was we had to use our own batteries for the TV remote. As for the Motel itself, the parking design was not the best, and the only other available parking in the middle of the street"

"Perfect stay, would recommend to anyone! The park has a great location, facilities are super clean and staff go above and beyond what you would expect. Our dog had medical issues while staying at this park and Manager Dee could not have been more helpful with organising transport and info for vet visits. We will be back!!"

"Staying here for a week whilst working on a project not too far from here. All the staff are friendly, and there is a great selection of beers and premixed drinks. The food menu has plenty of options. Accommodation is fairly basic and clearly built for the FIFO crowd, but is clean and serviced daily. If you are going to stay here make sure you have access to a vehicle as there is nothing else here in Merinda. Nearest town is Bowen.."

Rose Bay Resort

"If you want a seaside oceanview place this place is for you and not busy and the balcony that looks out to the bay is beautiful. Swimming in the ocean right on the doorstep and crystal clean ocean great for snorkeling. The only downside was the frying pan and cutlery was put back in the cupboard dirty not washed still had food on them. But everything else was perfect and nice easy checkin and your own car park has a lift so no stairway walks, and if you don’t like open ocean swimming a nice clean pool awaits with bbq..thank you. Will be back"
