Originally part of a citrus grove owned by the Woodman and Lynn families, fourth-generation citrus growers in Yuma. While citrus farming still exists in Yuma today, it is not as widespread as it once was. As portions of the land were thoughtfully developed over time, neighborhoods like Lynnwood emerged, contributing to the growth the community.Conveniently located just 2 miles from grocery stores and everyday essentials and only 5 miles from Downtown Yuma’s dining and entertainment, the home blends tranquility with accessibility. Los Algodones, Mexico is just 18 minutes away for affordable dental and eye care. Buttercup Sand Dunes are approximately 30 minutes away, and Glamis Sand Dunes about 45 minutes. Nearby golf courses make it easy to enjoy the outdoors, and day trips to San Diego or Phoenix are also within reach.The property includes driveway parking for two vehicles, with additional curb parking available.
