Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region, we are located near the Del Lago Casino, Outlet Mall, Wine Trails, Cheese Trail, Breweries, Historical Sites, Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, Cayuga Lake State Park with a beach and boat launch. 40 miles from Watkins Glen (Watkins Glen International) or Canandaigua (Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 35 miles from Ithaca, NY, and an hour from either Syracuse or Rochester Airports. It is the perfect place for a family or group getaway. 5 bedrooms- 4 with queen beds and 1 with a king bed. 1 bedroom is on the main floor while the other 4 are upstairs. Dining room with large antique expandable table to seat 12 as well as an island in kitchen with 4 barstools. Plenty of room to throw down an air mattress for the kids.Front porch faces Cayuga Lake, perfect for drinking your morning coffee and watching the beautiful sunrise. 4 season side porch with pub table to play cards or extra space to dine.Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Pots, Pans, Cooking and Eating Utensils, Plates and Glasses, Keurig and regular Coffee Maker. Washer and Dryer are in utility room. We like to recycle cans, glass, and cardboard so there are bins in the utility room for you to place those items in. There is a fire pit for your use as long as it is used responsibly. (check for any no burn ordinances due to wind or dryness). We have 10 bag chairs that may be used, wire sticks for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows. There is a gas grill available. Large octagon picnic table with umbrella in side yard near grill. Please remember to be considerate of neighbors in the later evening hours. Front porch faces the lake with a porch swing, two rocking chairs, a bistro set and additional plastic lawn chairs. There are two adirondack chairs and a small table in the yard, to overlook the lake.There are great restaurants in Seneca Falls, as well as in nearby quaint towns.
