Welcome to Fairview Lake Hideaway! We are thrilled to offer guests from all over to stay at our beautiful three bedroom Fairview Lake home in the Pocono region. Enjoy the 192 acre motor boat lake with your private boathouse and dock! Relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee or sip on cocktails by the secluded fire pit. Come live the lake life to the fullest! Our goal was to provide a beautiful lake house for every guest to have a wonderful, fun, relaxing and memorable stay!Located on the beautiful and quiet Fairview Lake (only minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack and downtown Hawley)! Bring your family and enjoy all that the lake life has to offer. We are only 45 minutes away from Mount Airy Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino's. We are 40 minutes away from Kalahari Resort in the Poconos and only 20 minutes away from the famous Woodloch Spa. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars/brewery’s within a short drive. Our property offers a large parking area suitable for up to 4 cars. We allow one large dog or two small dogs during your stay if you wish to bring your pet(s). There is a pet fee for your home, please inquire when wishing to rent our home.We can't wait for you to experience all that the Fairview Lake Hideaway has to offer. Each room in the house has its own TV. There is a loft with two trundle beds that sleeps 4! We have two full bathrooms. We were even able to squeeze in a little game room in the basement filled with a dart board, foosball table, and two arcades. There is a lovely front porch for sitting and relaxing. We also have a deck on the side of the house where the propane grill and outdoor dining area is located. We have a wonderful fire pit area with string lights. The best part of the property is the boathouse and private dock! You do have to walk down a hill to get to the dock but it is a very short walk. Please ask about our pet fee.**IMPORTANT** Please do not use the floating dock in the lake or the neighbors amenities. Stick to our house and our boathouse/dock only. We will ask you to leave if this rule is not followed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT!Absolutely no parties. Whether you’re paddling out at sunrise, grilling lakeside, or winding down by the fire pit as the sun sets in a burst of color, this cottage offers a peaceful summer retreat for couples, families, or friends.Inside, the cottage combines vintage warmth with modern comfort. The open dining area offers sweeping lake views, and the electric fireplace adds a soft glow for quiet evenings indoors.You’ll have private lake access and your own brand-new dock (2024) — perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, or simply lounging in the sun with a good book.Included with your stay:• Peddle boat• 2 paddle boards• 2 kayaks• Private dock (available Memorial Day weekend through September)Power boats are welcome, bring your own and tie off to the dock. It’s cozy but functional, in keeping with the cottage’s quaint character.• Access to the dock involves a short walk down an incline with stone and wooden steps.
