This is a renovated basement apartment (ceilings are low, 6' 2") in our historic bungalow in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space. In Estes Park you will find an up to date Safeway, Plenty of restaurants, Spas, and guide shops like Kirk's Flyshop (one of our favorites for many types of guided tours). Allenspark and Ferncliff are just a couple miles to the South and have three restaurants and small grocery/gas/liquor store. Allenspark also has an art gallery, a souvenir shop and the closest post office.
