For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. 150 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4 km pebble beach "Baia Salata" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 5.5 km.
