"The response was extremely unfriendly because I booked a room at a lower-than-usual price due to the hotel's fault. I tried to check in at 10 PM, but they made me wait for over an hour and a half while they verified the information. I even called Trip.com customer service to vent my frustration, and only then did they admit their mistake and book me the room I had originally reserved. I did think it was much cheaper than other places, but I booked it assuming it was a promotional period or something. However, the staff just kept passing the buck, and the manager was slow to respond, which was really annoying. There is no elevator, so I have to walk up to the 4th floor."
