"Hotel service in very bad and cleaning very poor"

"Really good experience for a business stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service is quick and efficient, and the staff are very helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay and a great choice for business travel. Special thanks to Muskan and Abhishek."

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at PearlTree Hotels & Resorts. We paid close to ₹20,000 expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. The biggest issue was the staff behavior. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, most of the staff members were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Whenever we asked for basic things like room service or simple information, the response from the staff felt arrogant and dismissive. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel comfortable, but here it felt like we were bothering them by asking for basic services. Apart from that, the overall hotel experience was also underwhelming. For the price they charge, the rooms and facilities are very average and not well maintained. The entire stay felt overpriced and poorly managed. Honestly, I feel like the ₹20k I spent here was completely wasted. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hospitality experience."

"One of the best places of accommodation in Dhanbad. Located at the strategic point of the city. Elite ambience and aristocracy at its optimum. Restaurant has full of choices.😊 Fine trained & cordial staffs. I seriously recommend this hotel to stay if u want an optimal luxurious stay. I took my IIT admission while staying here. A 5star recommendation from my side. "

"It was an okayish stay. The hygiene of the hotel needs to improve."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sohrai Inn in Ranchi for two days with my family, and the experience was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt a genuine sense of hospitality throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Sanjay Goswami (Sales Manager) and Ms. Zeba (Frontline Officer) for their outstanding and supportive behavior. Their professionalism, courteous attitude, and prompt assistance made our stay smooth and enjoyable. They truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Also, appreciation to Mr. Raju (Room Attendant), who was well-mannered and attentive to our needs, maintaining the room with care and efficiency. Overall, the stay felt like a home away from home, and we are grateful for the warm hospitality extended by the entire team. I would definitely recommend Hotel Sohrai Inn to anyone visiting Ranchi, and look forward to staying here again in the future. Best Wishes Raana Pratap Singh Rathore"
