Hampton by Hilton Blackburn ★★★

"Great location. Great service. Parking was a massive plus but just a bit fiddly to pay for!"

Best Western Hotel 99 ★★★

"Room not ready two hours after check-in was told I'd be given one room, then another, said I wanted to be in same room throughout my stay. Put in a room to be told two hours later I'd have to move as it was a disabled access room, I agreed and chose a room that I'd be willing to move to. Next day hotel owner tries to make me move rooms at 9 in the morning when I'm heading for a business meeting, then gets my room serviced whilst I'm gone after I specifically asked for no one to enter my room, that doesn't have a safe to be left as it is. £40 missing from my table and hotel owner asking me to change rooms to a different one than the one agreed the night before, after I come back from work at 7 in the evening. I refuse, ring the police to log theft, call hotels provider to put me up someplace different and leave with the hotel owner summoning a **** to ensure I leave premises on his terms. An horrific experience, the hotel was nicely furnished internally but that is where the positives end.. dirty bathroom with a filthy toilet bowl and hair, dust on surfaces, dangerous and noisy area (you have been warned) and staff that have no comprehension of what good customer service is and how to communicate this in a humble manner with integrity and to stick to those decisions. DO NOT STAY HERE."

Premier Inn Blackburn Town Centre ★★★

"Excellent hotel in a convenient location. Good bedroom, comfortable bed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good easy parking nearby as well."

Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa ★★★★

"The hotel is in a great location for easy access to the motorway.  The staff were very helpful and friendly.  Our room was very spacious and had recently been refurbished.  In some parts of the hotel it was cold due to a lack of heating but thankfully, our corridor and room were lovely and warm.  Great value and would stay again."

Willows, Blackburn by Marston's Inn ★★★★

"Very good service, good for driving, free parking with charging points"

The Millstone, Mellor ★★★★★

Hotel Rafay ★★★

"We arrived late at night with a fully paid, confirmed booking and were refused check-in by staff with no legitimate explanation. What made the situation worse was the attitude: staff were immediately hostile and abusive, and openly boasted that we "wouldn’t get our money back" and that they didn’t care about consumer protection or hotel booking obligations. This was an extremely distressing situation late at night, which left us at risk of being stranded. The only reason we were able to recover our money was because we booked through a third-party platform, who intervened and processed a refund. Had we booked directly with the hotel, I have no confidence that a refund would have been handled fairly or at all. Refusing entry to paying guests and then behaving aggressively when challenged is completely unacceptable. If you value basic professionalism, safety, and being treated with respect, do not stay here."

The Fernhurst by Greene King Inns ★★★

"Decent place to stay"

The Avenue Hotel ★★★

"Stayed overnight and had a lovely stay from beginning to end. The hotel is modern and lovely and clean. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had the continental breakfast, this was included in room rate. Hot breakfast is £10.95 pp. Free parking."
