"Nostalgic visit to the city after 30 years… We stayed at the property for two nights and three days and I must admit Narendra Bhawan is truly the best property to stay in Bikaner if you want luxury. The aesthetics of the entire hotel is beautifully designed and the food is amazingly delicious… Ashwariya and swastika at the front desk and Kunal at the restaurant were great and the team of Chefs outstanding. My only concern was the service which I found to be missing the mark and no welcome platter in the room. The welcome was very nice and they have a nice drink being served to the guests on welcome. Best wishes for greater success to the team of Narendra Bhawan."

"If I could give the Cavalry Villa more than five stars I would. The hosts Mr & Mrs Singh are really lovely people, they made us so welcome. The Villa is immaculately presented. Very clean. It's situated in the centre of town, but it is so quiet. It's a real serene oasis in a busy city. We were very sad to leave."

"One of the best stays in Rajasthan we have been through. We got a good price for the suite and enjoyed it here on a rainy day. The hotel facilities are beautiful and there are rooms for entertainment and games. There is also a large and spacious garden with everything that pleases the eye. The staff are good and do their best. In the morning there is a flute player who performs a distinctive Rajasthani tune."

"This is NOT a four-star hotel. They gave me an interior room on the first floor with no view so it felt like a room in a convent. When asked to upgrade no other rooms with WiFi were available. There are stains in the toilet, shower, and on the mirrors. After showering the water leaked from the shower onto the tile outside the shower despite a wall of glass. The table lamps were not working and management fixed it immediately. As for the hot water, it was scalding then quickly went cold. You can hear other guests in their rooms and the noise from courtyard. If you’re a western tourist, the bed is rock hard and you’re only given two pillows. The room service was prompt."

"Good property but poorly maintained. This hotel is approx. 12 km away from city on jaipur highway, so very difficult to get vehicle. So, not advisable if one is not having there own vehicle, because in Bikaner service of Ola and Uber is not as good as I other cities. Though, there are variety of items in breakfast but not variation in menu, same menu each day. In the name of welcome drink they use to provide rose syrup that too in this cold weather. When asked to provide tea or coffee as welcome drink they straightaway refused. The person in the reception said that there management had decided to serve only rose syrup. Hence I had no option other than to refuse there SO CALLED WELCOME DRINK. This example is more than enough to understand there hospitality and service."

"The location here is unbeatable - within walking distance from Junagarh and the old city. The food here is very good, and the charm of the old heritage wing, including the restaurant and reception, is well maintained. There is also a new wing, with good rooms that have shaded balconies. In the two heritage rooms I stayed, the washrooms were in need of repair or updating - both had cracked tiles and stained grout. It's good to have the new wing of rooms, but I'd say a little more care towards the heritage rooms will also attract new business."

"This is a very old heritage house converted to an hotel. The reconstruction is still ongoing. The rooms are different from each other. We stayed 2 nights in room 209, upstairs in the corner. It was an apartment than a room with a separate living area, large bedroom and a modern new bathroom. It was very clean and spacious. Because of the living area, our stay was very comfortable. In addition to the several ceiling fans, the bedroom was airconditioned. There was a kettle with tea/coffee and a mini-fridge in the living area. We heard some rooms are small and dark. The property itself is like an art museum, decorated with many paintings and artifacts. Because of the old structure some areas are dark. The restaurant also has several floors with different rooms and decorations. Staff is bit chaotic. If you need something better to talk directly with the owner or his son. They are very helpful. There is nothing much to do in the area other than visiting the fort and walking around in the market and old city."

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, a variety of dishes were available to us & i’d also like to mention a special thanks to the general manager, Dhanuwardhan Singh & the chef for being extremely accommodating of my dietary requirements and going out of their way to prepare my food without onion & garlic. Your service and hospitality truly made our stay in Bikaner worthwhile."
