Premier Inn Beverley Town Centre

"Such a disappointing visit to this Premier Inn. I was there for a week and they didn't clean my room once, the bin was over-flowing, and I had to keep topping up my coffee and tea sachets, etc. and they ran out of milk! They did change my towels after I asked them. I couldn't get any wi-fi connection on my phone, had to keep going outside. They only had one coffee machine at breakfast, so if it broke down you couldn't have a drink. And most of the staff looked like they didn't want to be there! I shall not be using this Premier Inn again and will think twice about using any of them."

"We enjoyed our night away. Fantastic location. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Full English was great and the continental was lovely as well. Cooked fresh and hot. We had an evening meal, which was delicious. Only downside was our room (Charles 1) had really thin walls. We could hear everything from next door .Unfortunately we had really noisy inconsiderate neighbours until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault .We would definitely stay again and we would recommend staying here"

"Well don't moan our room was a Clean, comfy pillows not stained tea coffee . A fridge a microwave parking with permit large TV ensuite room . What do u want for the price location perfect. We have stayed in more expencive hotel and paint work as used smaller TVs this is a lovely place with no frills but frill a gem and prices appropriate"
