"There were many little things not right. 1 Phone numbers that we were sent did not work 2 Looking at the photo of the bedroom which was the one we had there were items missing - 1 stool, 1 bedside cupboard & the blanket. 3 Soap dispensers were empty 4 No toilet roll holder 5 Only towels for 1 person 6 The pillows looked rather scruffy 7 No shelves in the bathroom, though there was a good corner which could have been used 8 No provision for leaving the key when leaving early 9 I had to stand on a stool to access a socket to charge my phone 10 A kitchen with cupboards was attached to the bedroom but it didn't seem finished and there really was no place to sit and eat in comfort An acceptable stay and we were supplied with a warm blanket on request."

"The place is well situated along the main road- well placed but the owner has a poor attitude towards her customers and mistreats her staff- they have said it themselves. She puts profit over a good customer experience. We've already alerted our help desk (the booking team) not to book us there again. "
