"The hotel was renovated and looks from the facility, very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the lift was defect, which was a little difficult for me because our room was on the 2nd floor and I had problems with it."

"Rooms and bathrooms in completely sufficient size and very clean, the rich breakfast buffet simply excellent, also in terms of sustainability and waste avoidance, friendly staff, short: here was absolutely nothing to expose. The sauna I didn't visit for time reasons, the restaurant closed on Sunday. In the foyer there is free coffee and a small bakery for self-service around the hour. The hotel is located in Bensheim-Auerbach, until the train station is a bus drive in a few minutes (stop at the hotel). Parking is sufficiently available. - I will be happy to stay back at the park hotel at the next visit to Bensheim."

"The hotel is located right in the city center at the marketplace, making it a very nice location to explore the town of Heppenheim on foot. However, it is a bit complicated to find the route to the hotel's parking lot using the navigation system. There are actually several ways that lead to the marketplace. The best way can be inquired at the hotel. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center/shopping street. Many restaurants in the area are also within walking distance. The hotel is a typical half-timbered house from the historical times of Germany, like the entire city center of Heppenheim. The rooms are not very large, but they are clean. Various toiletries should be packed in your suitcase, as it is common in such hotels in Germany not to offer such items. The hotel is quiet and comfortable due to its location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking in the hotel’s own parking lot is free, but it is small and has a limited number of spaces. The breakfast leaves something to be desired. There is a small buffet that has everything you need for breakfast. Foreigners may find it a bit more difficult here, as the buffet does not offer an international breakfast. However, the staff asks how you would like your eggs for breakfast. They are also happy to prepare scrambled eggs. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal in the evening or just have a drink. All in all, we can say that this is a recommendable small hotel in the heart of Heppenheim. Quiet location, good breakfast, good service, and a great location to explore the city on foot. Larger supermarkets can be found in the area by car. We had a pleasant stay and would come back anytime."

"I took it outside the city center, but it was quiet and the air was good and there was a bird zoo nearby. Overall it was good. The downside is, if you open the window, the smell of cigarettes... The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious. Coffee 👍"
