In Durban, I borrowed a conversion plug and went three times. Initially said no, the second trip still said no, but another waiter said yes, it really did. The third trip is to take a deposit to borrow the plug. The hallways on the first floor are massaged and smell very strong

AMAZING LOCATION! Heart of Durban Room and bathroom is very elegant and absolute luxery. Staff is very friendly and helpful , always asked if we needed anything. wish could have stayed longer definitely book it next time in durban

Beds are really short and the tvs are quite disappointing to say the least. I only go cause it’s cheap but you guys could do better honestly. Thanks for the service though. WiFi has been down consistently and that’s a real bummer cause I work from home.

Looking for somewhere to stay overnight for cricket match at Kingsmead. Came across Silver Oaks and could not believe the rate! Staff are great, rooms large with shower and spa bath,dstv and comfy bed. Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil place to stay in the hub if the city. Welcome surprise.

Everything was wonderful but the fridge was not working, please ensure that everything in the rooms is working fine.... Would love visit again.... Lady at the reception was friendly, the rooms are huge and clean... Keep it up...

Our stay was impeccable. The friendliness of the staff was beyond superb. Willingness to assist and just making you feel comfortable and safe especially during a time of covid. Ample parking and we felt extremely safe
