The guesthouse was a lovely base for the weekend - comfortable and roomy, with excellent breakfasts! In particular, however, the advice from Nicki on places to eat, places to visit, and getting around safely was invaluable. So much online about Durban is out of date, having a knowledgeable, trusted advisor like Nicki is a necessity. Plus, she and her husband are absolutely lovely people!"

Although the weather was not conducive to appreciate the pool area or take a walk in the lovely indigenous garden, the greenery around the walkways and driveway are beautiful. There is also a koi pond which I enjoyed. It was cold (for me) and the staff were most helpful sourcing extra blankets for me! "
