Grand Mutiara Hotel ★★★

"The service at the front desk was a bit lacking. They seemed to pick and choose who they'd help with luggage. I was struggling with my child and really needed help, but they didn't offer any."

Uluna Hotel ★★

"Good and clean"

Mikie Holiday Resort & Hotel ★★★★

"Room is decent but doesn’t meet five start resort hotel standards. A few of the item is outdated. Bedsheet has a few old stains and bed has a bit of dull smell. Recommend to stay for 1 night just to enjoy the surroundings area. At night the temperature is super cold. Breakfast is good."

Sinabung Hills Berastagi ★★★★

"Management seriously looks into housekeeping cleanliness.. Toilet is terrible. Upon complaining, they managed to clean up but not to the hotel rated. Stains on the floor/edges and smog divider glass with stains..Gardening and external housekeeping are well maintained.."

Hotel Sibayak Internasional ★★★★

"The hotel was great.. breakfast was amazingggg"

Danau Toba International Cottage Berastagi ★★★

"The hotel has a stunning view for Mount Sibayak and Mount Sinabung but the building got a bit old, shower not functioning well, and the sound proof is weak. Easily to hear noises from the next door"

Villa Takasima Berastagi ★★★

Hotel Kalang Ulu ★★★

"From the outside: creepy! Transylvania Castle in the middle of nowhere... The rooms and the courtyard were nicer than expected. But the cleanliness (bathroom) was lacking... The restaurant with roof terrace was actually quite cool. But not enough seats... we sat at a side table in the middle, it was drafty... The food was quite good. But not really a feel-good experience... Breakfast: again no seats, long queue at the buffet. The food was rather mediocre. I don't need to go there again..."

Collection O near Museum Pusaka Karo formerly 3 Berastagi ★★

"The suite room looked pretty good, but unfortunately, the floor was covered in dust and the tap water was clogged. The accommodation seems poorly maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient, although not as professional as you'd find in a star-rated hotel. If you're not used to vehicle noise, think twice before staying here, as the guesthouse is right next to the main road."
