"The place is close to Deakin University which is the place I visit, I booked a one bedroom apartment and was given a two bedroom one, and the room is clean and spacious. It has a balcony and a nice courtyard. However, the biggest issue I had was that my room was very noisy with the traffic passing thought out the night, and tram is especially disturbing, so I hardly slept during the night. I don't blame the hotel for that but would hope I had requested a room at the back. It can also be inconvenient if you arrive outside the business hours as the reception is only attended between 10 to 5pm. I had to take my luggage with me as I was unable to check out during that period."

"Old hotel with some renovations. Room is very large clean, but underdecorated, very basic and not cosy. Outdoor pool dirty and unhealed, spa is cold water! Gym is tiny and limited. Sauna was ok though, but facilities are old and needs renovation. No breakfast buffet!!! Really disappointed. A la cart only, one meal and coffee OR juice... I don't recommend, there is way much better options for the price."

"It’s very comfortable apartments located next to Deakin University. They are clean and have everything you need for cooking. I arrived at 8:30 am and reception already worked. Although the room was not ready, the lady at the reception helped me deal with paperwork and put my luggage in the room. There are 2 problems with this place- it’s far away from everything and there is no breakfast, it would be great if a simple breakfast was offered. Anyway, for one night stay it’s a good option."
