"We stayed at this hotel for almost 2 months on a business trip. You name the problem, that problem is at this hotel. Dirty rooms with extreme dirt everywhere, stinky cigarette smell from bed sheets. Air conditioner is continuously blowing dirt and you will see everywhere on the tables, chairs... Cleaning people are extremely annoying - they will be watching TV in your room (supervisor explanation is - they are relaxing!), they will bang your doors even if do not disturb board is there, they will open cupboards even if you tell them do NOT open. We lost some cash! Safe deposit box does not work. Cheap and torned furniture. Cheap breakfast with extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Always you will see grease and 'left over food' on the 'fresh plates' and cutlery. I have been traveled almost half of the world. I never saw such dirty breakfast plates and cutlery at any restaurant. The way they 'try' to clean plates and put cutlery in napkins is very odd, YACK! I can write pages and pages of stories about this dirty hotel."

"Accessible bathroom lacked proper grab bars….. no shelf to hold soap shampoo etc, faucet no towel bar near dhower, shower was near impossible to control temperature, was either very cold or scolding hot, needs to have a new cartridge installed In faucet !!"

"I was shocked when I saw a vinyl padded toilet seat with splits and cracks. UNSANITARY! DISGUSTING! Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that everyone else has touched/used. Location is creepy. Very old heat/ac unit. Almost needed a hammer to push the buttons . Inconsiderate neighbors. I deserve a refund. This hotels concern is the almighty $ and not their guests."
